George must be a busy guy! I have received a few calls from him. Generally I just let him run on and on while working.

Received a call from a Patrick today. I cut him off right away to let him know i get way too many telemarketing calls and i asked that he stops. he told me that i "better watch my tone before i never get a telemarketing call from him again." he asked how I'd be able to carry on with my life without having "a little bit of Digitech in it" very saracastic and rude

Got a phone call from Patrick.  Did not like his attitude at all.  Very pushy.  He wants me to send our statement.  He gave me his personal email address (!) saying the company's email address don't work very often.  Also gave me the fax number and asked me when I would fax the statement cause the fax machine is on another level and he is kind of lazy !!!  

I used to work there... its a scam. You want to get them off your back just tell them you dont accept credit cards at your buisness or that youve never made more than 2,000$ per month via the visa machine... its a script and they get paid about 35$ everytime they get someone to fax in thier statement.  Also when they hang up most people will make jokes about you. Laughing at ones accent or calling another a c*** for wasting his time. Very rude people. They will say anything to make you send those statements in. One bit of advice dont f****ng do it. Also the manager john has no f****ng idea what the hell hes doing. Digitech must not pay very close attention to thier enployees to jot be able to notice that.

George just called me Monday March 24th.
Same line.  The government in Canada is not enforcing our rights.  Sent him our processing statement and he will be sure that we will get a piece of the $40,000,000 Nigerian Prince money if we allow him to transfer the money to our account.  We just need to pay $15,000 up front because it is an expensive process.  But don't worry, we will get it back and much much more.  That is what I got from it.......

He tried to get me to give him my merchant statement.
I do not want him calling here any more.
I have work to do and do no have time to put up with this nonsense.

Working for a telemarketing company  is hard. The attitude that I got  from the manager John was unbearable. He lacks the finer qualities to be a good manager. No leadership skills ,  nor any communication skills to be a manager. He treats his staff like dirt and thinks that we are all kids. No respect at all.. Where did they find this loser?  I have never experienced a manager like this from any other company. He lacks skill to do the job. Staff felt that they were walking into a Funeral everyday. No motivation, nothing. Again I ask, where did you find this winner. He cant even second voice  a call  and loses the deal. His Training lacked everything. He has no personality and brings nothing to the table. He cannot even give good advice on how to get deals in. I advise no one to work for this company. They do not pay stats holidays and not respecting the laws of employment. One has to fight for this..... Terrible place to work in with all the drug addicts that are busy in the bathrooms doping their business.... What a company to work for

I also received a call today, and when I cut the guy off as I usually do with telemarketers to say I was happy with my credit card service provider, he also said he was not a service provider and was calling to see if I knew about the new law, etc.  I entertained his call and said I would email him my merchant statement - but of course I wasn't about to email anything until I did some research.  Loe and behold, it's just a trick to get you to send you your statement and not write them off at first call as a sales call.  I definitely don't like when people try to trick me either.

If someone is unable to meet the requirements for a job they are let go, which in turn leaves an open position to be filled, its called turn over!

If this concept is difficult for you I understand why you were let go. I really dislike ex employees who complain for no reason its a pet peeve of mine.

I Apologize in regards to the way that George Present himself. We do not condone this type of behavior. There will always be bad apples. Although part of the info is wrong much of it is correct. We're currently not a MSP(Merchant Service Provider) as it is listed on our website we're an ISO(Independent Sales Orginization). It is also a fact that many Business especially the smaller ones are being gouged when it comes to fee for Visa/MC.

I also dislike companies who lie and mislead people, we can come to common ground on that topic. We do not however practice or advocate that kind of behavior, actually fight it vehemently.

I will say this, many people in the marketing industry use stupid lies and gimmicks to get the proverbial foot in the door, though I do not like lies most businesses would even consider talking to anyone if some exaggerations werent made. It is the plight of all industries that have to use this type of marketing.

The reason you do not find us on the BBB is because the BBB is for Profit and they folded in Quebec.
They were not able to make a go of it in the French Canadian Market and the BBB does not make a company Legit. They simply say they do if you pay them money.

I found Digitech Payments in Montreal. They are a credit card processing company that lowers your fees for processing Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards at your place of business. They provide the machine rentals and machine leasing. They've already proved their worth at $3,000 savings per year. they do the same to my shop call every day even i told them to take them off the caller list i dont need there product at this time  and now  for ever

if they have a license from the gorverment  call them to get  there license taken away or pay a penelty

Received a call from Geoge at Digitech today, said they were a member of the Chamber of Commerce (big deal) and that the Minister of Finance set forth a Code of Conduct for credit card processing company in May of 2012 and a lot of the companies were not following it, overcharging us with high rates and fees.  He said if I faxed my credit card processing company's statement to him he would get in touch with them and enforce the code of conduct, AND I would not have to pay him for this service, my credit card processing company would have to pay him (yeah right).  I asked if Digitech was a credit card processing company and he said no, he wouldn't work for one because they are gouging small to medium business owners with their excessive fees.  Did a little research and low and behold, Digitech Payments is a Credit Card Processing Company in Montreal.  I hate companies like this that feel they have to lie and scam to get our business.  Surely not someone I would do business with!
