Received a letter from them stating I owe on something I don't. The lady hung up on me because I asked her why she is asking me the same question twice. I called back to speak w supervisor she answers anf states she is the only supervisor and the only one working.. Yeah right! Rude and unprofessional!!!

I keep getting calls from these people asking that "Carmen" return their call. I did have my cell phone provider block calls, but somehow they are still getting through. There is no one by this name at our residence. It's very irritating.

I've never seen anything like this before in my life, only in america. The people who work at this office are a bunch of low life scums. I was the victimn of identity theft of 506.00, and they provided zero assisatnce.

This company kept calling me so I reported them to the http://www.bbb.org/us/ and filed a complaint against them.    They responed with a response saying that I am not a customer.  Hmmm.   If I am not why are they bothering me.   Might be good to know for lawsuites that they call people that are not a customer and then hmmm did they check the do not call list?  I have just sent them a cease and desist request as well.
