You all owe money so pay it back. You people wanna cry about money YOU owe. I don't work for them but if a bank or a company lends you money off of good faith that you would pay it back and you don't it's your fault. They didn't have to lend you anything but they did. Now you wanna cry cause you have to pay it. Why do you think the everything is so bad now gas high. Banks aren't willing to lend anymore because of you losers. I bet your reading this off of a computer that was financed to you. Pay your bills

I am receiving calls at least 4 times a day from this number but they dont leave a message. I want these calls to stop, or at least send me something with proof of a bill.

I get at least 3 calls a week from them. They leave no message, but they continue to call. Eventually I called them back and they were looking for my mother who I no longer have any contact with, and told them that yet they continue to call. -.-
| boomer 2012-05-09 00:28:41 Unknown |
they are doing the same to me. They say if you are such and such press one and I get nowhere. How do I stop this?

A really strange sounding person called me from this number. They started demanding my social security number and date of birth. Said something about a terrorist strike in my city since there are people in my community that owe money. They were asking for a guy, I did not understand the name. It is not a good idea to give this company your personal information.
| Michell 2012-04-26 19:25:40 SMS |
They called wanting my social security number and date of birth. If I did not comply with their demand, they would take away my Saturn. I do not own a Saturn and never have. When I explained this to them, they persisted on asking for my identity, social and date of birth. What do they mean when they say they are going to take away my Saturn. Really strange. I am calling the FBI.

They called indicating a veterinary bill that needs to be paid. I do not have any pets. They said that they will have to stop by and pick up my dog. I explained to them that I do not have a dog, hence, there is no dog to be picked up. They literally said they would reposses a dog that I do not have. This place is by far the most retarded scam operation on the planed. I am contacting the FBI about this.

8 calls from this outfit in the last 3 days --- Monarch Recovery
They buy junk debt regardless of age or legitimacy and use strong-arm and harassment activities to collect anything. An explicitly prohibited activity under federal law.
My phone service provider limits me to 12 blocked #'s and my phone only allows 20 blocked numbers that limits me to 32 blocked #'s.
FTC and the almighty Do Not Call registry are worthless - there is NO enforcement authority in the legislation that created the DNC Registry. I have filed dozens of complaints and calls from those numbers continue. They want us to report these numbers - I want my privacy. So here's my idea... My phone service permits me to auto forward 12 #'s to a single number.-- so I am forwarding Monarch and eleven others to the Federal Trade Commission's DNC Complaint number.
Check your phone provider see if you can do the same - let the DNC enjoy the harassment we experience from these Bozo's.
The FTC complaint line is 888-382-1222

I am getting a lot of calls, at least one a week. Got one today and I am very tired of it. If this is a collection agency, they should at least say something. I have answered the phone and they say nothing. All my bills are automatic withdrawel every month from my bank account. This is a pain. They haven't said anything but I certainly have and when I do they hang up. Therefore I know someone is on the line.. Really wish it would stop. Could change my number but then I have to notify a lolt of people. Not worth it. Thank you.

A clone of Portfolio Recovery...
When the calls from PR went away, the calls from this one started..
They buy "debt" from each other, to keep it going.

Recording trying to locate an employee of ours. Sorry we do not allow personal business calls, will these companies never learn...Call the people at home. We don't pay our employees to take care of their business on company time.
Researched number is Monarch Recovery Services. Sounds like a bill collector.

I received a call from this number again today. Their caller id came up Monarch Recovery this time. Before today, the call came from Academy Services. I have called them back and told them she does not live here and to remove us from their phone list. They assure me it is removed and then what happens? I get 6 or more calls the next day.
The thing is, they just randomly call our number. They are trying to contact my husbands niece who has never lived at our address and who has never used our phone number; we have not seen since the niece since a family reunion in 2000. Our last name would be her maiden name. Last we heard she lives in California.
They run through phone directories and call everyone with the same last name (or maiden name) as the person they are trying to locate. Our other family members have also received these calls.
I report this company to the Do Not Call complaint registry online every time they call. Hasn't helped yet but I am hoping enough people will complain and put these robo-calls to rest.

Thanks for the helpful information as my scenario is similar if not exact to everyone else's. They have left msgs on my landline at least 15 times for a jumbled recorded name that I can't even pronounce....plus we're not in debt, thank God so I just want to stop these mad hackers from taking advantage of people with these games. Scam artists preying on innocent people is despicable and needs to be stopped.
Hopefully if enough of us get educated about it, we'll make it harder for them to stay in business.

Called twice and left message on answering machine, looking for someone that doesn't live here. Advised them so and that I'm on the National Do Not Call list. And that another call I will refer to the FCC. The person on the other end started giving me crap!
