Just got a call from Mike on cell and work phone.  I told him I will see him soon.  He said lets see if you are this sassy when I get there and proceeded to hang up on me.

Mike calls and leaves a message, similar as described above. This is a way to trace you. They scare you into calling the number and then they win just by getting you on the phone. Here are some tips. He calls and says he will be in the area and stopping by your residence and/or place of employment. Yet he doesn't know where they are. Then he says to have a witness present so you can sign something. This is by far the biggest joke over. Mike has a deep voice that would scare some. My guess is he is some fat guy who never leaves his desk. No collection agency who is serving you with anything calls first and tells you to provide a witness. This is the goofiest attempt by far I have ever witnessed. And he never shows up by the way. No collection agency hires a delivery service to bring papers for you to sign. This is a way to get you to call them back. Don't!  Call him on his bluff. I did. I laughed at his "scary messages". Mike, get a life dude

Just wondering, did mike ever show up?

Mike from PTS called and left a message. SAid he had papers for me to sign. He would be in the area and would deliver to my home or work and I needed to have a witness present and identification. Then left the number 800-517-5400. This is typical debt collections. They try to scare you so you will call. What if I am out of the country? I mean hello? He called from a private number. If he steps foot on my property it is trespassing.

Anthony called about SS# and Driver's licence fraud and legal issues involved.

Mike from PTS Delivery called and left a message saying he had some paperwork for me to sign.  He said he would come to my residence or place of employment.  He also gave me a reference number.
