I'm getting call from this number

They told me two months ago they would remove my pre-paid cell number from their records for some )(*^% I don't even know who used my number. They kept calling I talked to someone again and they still haven't removed my number because they still call. I am feeling harassed and hope I figure out who I can call to fix theis.

I've been receiving this same call on my cell phone from 1-866-668-1702, they don't leave a message.  This time I answered the call and a recording came on to call 1-800-521-7747 ext. 1.  Ok, I called, recording comes, I press 1.  And recording says wait for the next available rep.  Anyway, waited only 4 minutes unbelieveably. Someone actually picked up, her name was Rachel, asked for my account number, sorry don't have one, so she searched my phone number and she was able to tell me who they were calling for.  Which was not me, so she claims to have removed my number.  We'll see.  I have actually gotten a call from a nearby hospital for this same person.  Maybe they're a legitimate collection agency for multiple hospitals.  It sure is annoying when you never give out your phone number and some erroneous calls start coming in.

Called my cell phone from 866-668-1702 and a recording comes on with the last part stating to call 800-521-7747, extension 1 during normal business hours.  I am in the EDT and have no idea where this call originates from.

1-800-521-7747 does not leave msg. A search reveals it pops up as several unrelated hospital names for billing. I have no bills of this nature and NEVER give out the non pub home number they called. I am also on the "Do not call" list.
