I just called the 800-539-1966 number and the operator found my account - canceled the subscription and is issuing me a refund (supposedly). He was very gracious. I will never sign up for any of these newsletters etc again. I am not sure how many years I've been billed for this. Luckily I saw this on my banking statement.

I recommend filing a fraud dispute with your bank or CC holder and also filing reports with the FTC & CFB and your local LE..

My credit card has been charged with $67.00 from this particular company.  Where did they get my new credit card number?   I have not been able to contact anyone by phone or email despite numerous attempts.  I had this problem before and thus took the action to change to new credit card  number from the same bank.  However, they manged to get the new number and bill me US$67.  And how do I get the charge resolved?

We have been charged 37 dollars from this PSV Nutrition.  Neither of us has ordered anything from this company.  We had to look it up to find who it was. Watch your bank accounts.

This PVS*New Market Health and He8005391966 charged my Amex 19.00 this month(March) I do not know who this is and tried calling on the weekend and received an answering machine telling me to call back during business hours. I did contact
Amex who informed me they had also charged 19.00 to my account in September ( I had been ill during this time and missed it) they are now in the process of giving me a new card and reversing the charges. How they got the number is a mystery as I live alone and the card is kept in my lock box. This is a scam company that engage in dishonest practices.

Just happened to me for $37.  I called and they absolutely would not help me.  I disputed it with my card and they reversed the charg.  These guys are scam artists!

I receive a charge to my bank account for &139.85, and did not know what it was.  The company gives you a great deal for auto-renewing your order.  So if you subscribe to their newsletter, you probably will forget to cancel the renewal.  That's what happened to me.  Just call the number and they will cancel it for you.  I will need to wait to make sure it hits my bank, but there was no hassle at all.

 I received a $37 debit on my bank account labeled PSV*Nutrition and when I called the number to complain I got a recording saying that my call could not be answered because they were having technical difficulties. I do not know who to contact to have these people banned or arrested for fraud etc.

They did me too and I emailed them and said to please credit me cause I couldn't afford it at the time. They did. If they won't threaten to report them to BBB. Works everytime. Now I'm fighting to find another one that is trying to charge my credit care $49. It won't go through cause I don't have enough in it. But they've tried 4 times now. Now trying to find how to get ahold of them.

Hello!  this company sells a "vigor" product and other supplement-type products.  Another # is 888-230-9898, but they don't answer on weekends.

Just received my AmEx bill.  Will have to wait until tomorrow to call the bank to dispute the charge of $37.00.    I called the 800 number and got a recording to call back during office hours.  I was not able to verify the company, PSV New Market, online.  I don't have any recollection of purchasing anything from this company.  I I did not use my card for anything on the date in question, nor several days before and after.  After reviewing other postings, I am certain this is a bogus charge.

I have never ordered anything from this company under the name charged as that seems to be a health sales and seminar company for health business sellers.  However, years ago, I did order/try something from them under one of their other entities, but would never again and have not in years.  They do both health letters under HSI and Northstar Nutritionals supplements.  I googled all of that to find out those other entities as companies belonging to the company that charged the 37 now pending on my card  My CC company said can't dispute until charge posts; I tried; I will dispute when posts.

Whether this company ever answers the phone  when I call or not, rebilling for a years old thing not recently ordered to hundreds of people in the past few months, they must know this is not just a glitch in their computer's billing system but bet that is what they claim if I ever get them.

I was billed 49.00 on 8/5/13, Visa card.  Could not remember any purchases.  Called them and am advised that it is an automatic billing for an auto-renewal of a newsletter I ordered one year ago.  That is correct; I did order that newsletter.  I told them to cancel now and credit $49.00 now, to which they agreed.  Am assured the credit will appear on next statement.  Are others on auto-renew/auto-billing for items ordered in the past?  These things are easy to forget.

I had a charge of 130.70 taken out of my bank account from PSV*New Market Health 866-8214516 MD US. It was for supplements and I have never bought any supplements besides locally.

I called the number listed on the transaction and the could not find our name in orders. They suggested I give them my banking account number to look up the charge that way. SERIOUSLY?!?!?!

The bad thing is the charge has not hard posted so I cannot get a refund until it has.

I did not get a phone call but I found out a $79.00 charge by PSV*COMMON SENSE PUB 800-682 0876 MD US in August to my credit card. It was posted on the 8th of August.

Neither my wife nor I recall making any such purchases nor receiving any offers by phone on online. We are extremely suspicious of any such offers so would remember if we accepted one.  I am disputing the $79 00 charge for the full amount through Chase Bank. The company name has no resemblance to any company I've dealt with. If it is a billing company under a name NOT resembling the seller, the only mail I've gotten from Maryland (MD) is put out by Stansberry Investment Newsletter.  

Today is Saturday August 17, 2013 and it is late Saturday night. I called the 800 phone number to learn what company it is. The number originates I presume in the Eastern Time zone and thus it is 1:00 am EST on Sunday. The number answered with a recorded short message: "Sorry no one is available"  and promptly hung up. No company name was given

I received a letter from a bank that I use infrequently, that I was overdrawn $83.00. i have not used the bank for 8 months, so this was not possible. I visited the bank and it seems that a company called PSV Newmar Health Services charged my account $37.00 on 8/5. I never heard of them, cannot contact anyone at the number 800-539-1966 and they are non-existent on the internet. Obviously, a scam but it is a mystery how they obtained my debit card number. it is impossible since I do not even use this card for purchases. They must bill random numbers and hope to get paid.

If It was me, I would dispute this in writing to the CC company and make them sign for it! Also file reports with the FTC,FCC in regards! You should dispute any unauthorized charges period!  You might also want to file a complaint with the state attorney general for your state!

Who is this scam company?  I have been charged $63.82 for something I did not order. Did anyone resolve this situation? My mastercard  has not been helpful.

I have not received a phoe call. However, I received a statement from First National Bank of Omaha showing a payment transaction of $109.85 to PVS New Market Health 866-8214516 MD, which I had never heard of before and did not order any product or service from them.
