Just received an"official" letter also, from an Arizona ReconTrust address, saying the paper was files in April (four months ago), full of double-talk and I have no idea what it means. Also, the postage on the envelope was only 38 cents.

What about this: I paid my house off from Bank of America and someone there put that Co. and address to mail my title to after it was register at the tax office so if that a scam Bank of America is in it too

I received a letter from ReconTrust Co. And that phone number is exactly the same as the on you listed.
I can't tell if it's a scam or not...
