I'm a CPAP patient with Lincare. I'm retired, so instread of rising at 4:58am, I get to sleep in. I told these people not to call before 10am. Yet, at 9:45 this morning, there they were. It's now 10:58am, and I've already had my second Lincare call of the day.

HIPPA forbids them from leaving a message in case someone else gets the voice mail--it would violate your privacy.

LynnCare - it's my C-PAP supplier. They call quarterly to ask about supplies needed.

If this is my CPAP supplier, why don't they leave a message to return their call - and why would you want to use their voice-mail instead of waiting for an operator? That would be phone-tag if they leave no message!
