When they call again ask to speak with a supervisor right off that bat, if they ask why say it is only something the supervisor has access to do, when supervisor gets on phone, tell him/her that you have repeatly said that this is a wrong number and that person does not reside there. Tell him to take your number off your list permanently or you will be pressing harassment charges. They have a computer system that just dials calls  and it is up to the operator who needs supervisor permission to void the only link they might have to a possible collection lead.  Hope this helps. Not a scam. I have used them for years. They are located like 5 mins from me.

Used to be known as ICS International Correspondence School- it is an online pay as you go school.

Automated message advising they would like to discuss a personal business matter. They want you to call back. They provide no additional info such as account or reference.  Just want u to call back. This number goes to Penn Foster. The get your degree or diploma online company you see on tv. Usually call u when your form of payment has changed such as an expired cc or debit card. I will still be weary of giving personal info. If you belong to Penn Foster u know then you can update any of your personal information online in your account manager.

This number is driving us crazy!!!!  Neither my husband or I have anything to do with Penn Foster, but they continue to call us several times a week asking for someone who doesn't live here and who we don't even know.  We have told them over and over that they have the wrong number and that we've never heard of the person they are asking for, yet they continue to call us at all hours of the day!  We just got another call and this time I kind of snapped at them and told them to stop calling and that we've been telling them for weeks that they have the wrong number.  The woman on the line in a very snotty tone said "Actually, we've never spoken with anyone at this number before, but thank you" and hung up just as I was about to tell her that they've spoken with us well over a dozen times.  Ridiculous!!!  They are about to get reported!!

It is Penn Foster College; but I strongly suggest you do your homework before you decide to use their educational classes. They are not board certified with the United States Department of Education. So if you decide to go into the law profession which requires a BS in Criminal Justice, then you need to look elsewhere, otherwise your credits will be worthless.

LMAO your last post said you got your 2 year criminal justice degree and this one (same day) says you got your Bachelors degree in criminal justice.  That's a four year degree so which one is it?

Penn Foster Collections Department. They are calling because you fell behind on a payment, or two, or three... just answer the phone and tell them you can't pay right now and will pay at a later date. Otherwise, they will CONTINUE to call you until you answer or until your student account becomes current.

no my school is not a scam.but to each they own. i got my criminal justice bachelor B.S. Degree,and now i am working in LAW ENFORCEMENT,so PENN FOSTER incredible degree got me there,and i am grateful.

i didn't know it was P.Foster.
I pick up twice in one day for past 5 weeks,and i hear silence,so i finally just type in google what is this.

i m not sure it is my old school penn foster.
i doubt it,but maybe your saying it is because your hating the school.
when i pick up i hear nothing.

don't pick up the phone its Penn Foster.They are a scam trust me. Call u through out the day no matter what time it is.

Dont EVER go through them for online classes !! If you get so much as 1 payment behind-- their calling you 4-5 times a day, everyday up till 11pm !!
