They Left an envelope on my door  tearing the top of the envelope with there hands to make it hang on the door knob hand written confidential  and also hand writing  on a torn paper confidential for XYZ name of the owner of the house saying there an independent property inspector visited your property today for Bank Name: Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. There no way a bank will send anything so UN professional as this and scary that they will come to your house and hang this on the door, any suggestions? and the put the phone number to call 800-551-9808

called from wells fargo but we are current with our mortgage and hate when they call and say it is a debt and then ask if we want any other of their services...

they claim they are calling to collect a debt on a mortgage which is bs b/c we dont have any debt that would concern them.  do not answer the phone if they call. we have been harassed by a lot of solicitors right after wife's death. they are scum. if it was really legitimate there would have been some kind of mail documentation prior

It is Wells Fargo.  I talked to them on another number I had for them.  They have notified their supervisors that the automated system has the number incorrect and are waiting for it to be fixed.

Actual number is supposed to be 1-800-551-9808.  (last number is 8, not 9).

this number 800 551 9809 came up on my caller ID called the number and it was disconneted

ID'ed themselves as WellsFargo - but then I entered bad signal area (cell) and dropped connection.

This number left a message from Wells Fargo asking me to call them back at 800-551-9809.  Its probably a collection branch of Wells Fargo.

Said that that this was a mortgage company trying to collect a debt and asked me to press 1 if my name was (mike and last name). I pressed 1 and then was disconnected. I called the number back and it says its disconnected.... how did they get my name ?????? and what are they trying to do????

* 800/551-9809 * early this morning I rec'd an automated/personalized call that gave me this number to contact WELLS FARGO ... only to find that the number is disconnected.  This is just ONE of  * MANY * MANY * MANY screw ups by WELLS FARGO ... and worse, no one @ WELLS FARGO has a clue !

Got a call from this number this morning. Called it back and like everyone else has said  - its a disconnected number with no further info.
Dont answer this number and if you can - block it!

They keep calling for a Dean Hess, (which I have no idea who this is, but he sure doesn't live here!). I have said repeatedly to whomever I speak with this very fact, and to take me off their call list, yet they keep calling. I've even blocked their numbers, as well as put them on the National Do not call registry, yet they still seem to call me!!   WTF!!!?????? Can I sue????

Robo-voice asked for me by name and identified itself as Wells Fargo, but number is disconnected.
