I finally answered after they have called me everyday for over a week. Some woman wants to sign you up with a mentor & give you a blog  where you can advertise for them. I told her I'd have to get some info on the company before I signed up & she said their website doesn't give you much info & facebook page has people who signed up & are extolling the virtues of this company. The company is projectawol.com,  AWOL apparently stands for Another Way Of Life.  She said there was no way to get back to them. She would have to call me back.  There is no way I would even consider signing up with someone when I have no info on them & they won't give you any.

Received a missed call from (800) 583-3203 at 4:18pm on 08/05/2013 - my number is registered with a lot of sweepstakes and samples organizations, so it was likely sold as a call list.  If you are getting these calls I advise you first try to call block the number and otherwise register for the "Do Not Call" list (Google for info).

I never called this number but he keeps calling me.  I have told him to stop but he will not!!  How do I get thiss man to stop.  If legal action is needed someone let me know.

Number keeps calling even though I pressed 9 to have my number removed. They're saying "Manny Ortega" requested they call. He seems to be handing my number out to everyone. Ridiculous.

phone rang   no one there...over and over and over

If you call back 800-583-3203, there is a prompt where if you press "9", you'll be added to their "do not call list"...this is very aggravating.  Seems like there's been a sudden influx since the beginning of this summer.  First people with Indian accents acting like they're calling on behalf of the IRS, Defense, or Treasury indicating they have grants to be dispersed...and now this.

Very annoyed, seems like the "do not call" list works anymore.

Same here.  You get on the wrong website, and they drive you nuts with calls.  Being on the FTC do not call list is no help.  And on my cell phone!!!  I'm unemployed, can't find a job without constant searching on the Internet and the second you get onto one of those rip off websites the phone rings off the wall.

This number called twice, and asked for me, by my first name. Then, the caller will say, Hi Sandra, sorry it has taken us so long to get back to you.(like I called them first...sure!) I asked who caller was and he, and she, both calls said this is Loan Modification....and before they say anything else, I yell, I AM NOT INTERESTED THANKYOU> and I hang up.

I don't want to hear from this company again, they never leave a message.

NEVER answer a phone call (mobile or land line) from a number you do not recognize- if it's important- the CALLER will leave a message. These SCAMMER/SCUMBAGS WILL NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE

A woman called asking for Greg. When I said no one here by that name, she said sorry and hung up. That number has called me several times this week.

From this number a man after me insisting a lot HELLO ? HELLO ? at first said nothing, then said my name Yasmin Colmenarez?, I said "yes speaking" , and he asked me if I wanted to work, Work ? I ask in disbelief and he replied  "yes work " I said "no thank you so much I have a job" and the guy just hung up  on me. It struck me as odd , The way he approached is not how someone calls you in regards this matter, that's why I searched here to see what I could find.

Notice since I traced the culprit they put my post as the very first.  Since calling them gets you nothing but hang ups (SO RUDE!!!) THREE YEARS LATER I'm hitting their website to stop this nonsense.  They are in clear violation of DNC listing:::::::  I wrote them.....

Stop calling 50xxxxxxxxx.  My loan was paid off 12 years ago.  I reported you to 1800notes.com a longtime ago... Go see... And now you've started up again, and your system is programmed to disconnect.  The next call I get from you and every call thereafter will cost you $11K  in fines each,  Copying the FTC and FCC.

Harassing calls hang up no one answers

They have called me twice today...

Numerous calls this week to my Google Voice number. They've been blocked based on what I've read here.  I tried to answer last time and they hung up.  Autodialer I'd guess. Tried to call back and get removed from their list, but couldn't make any headway through their automated system.

My wife got the call, so I cant give too much detail, but this same telemarketer called her cell just a few minutes ago. From what I could hear, there was some confusion at the first part of the call, like a disconnect on their end. They are offering some stupid work-from-home "opportunity."

Same guy called my wife's cell a few minutes ago. Something about working from home.

Received numerous calls, if I missed the calls they left no message. If I answered, the calls usually disconnected

They will not talk to me. They keep hanging up and when I call back I get a recording that I'm not able to bypass. When I hit # to leave a message they disconnect.

Some work scam saying I filled out a form for them to call me.
