I have been billed for charges (9.99) no idea on my T-Mobile cell phone since December 2009. I called the number T-Mobile gave me 1-800-611-8856 and I get an automated message. There is no option to talk with a live person. All you can do is leave your name and number and then end up playing telephone tag and still never get to talk to a live person.

My daughter was sent a text from this number on 6-8-09. We were charged 9.99 for it and didn't catch it until now. I am really irate.

Gave us a 9.99 Premium Service charge on our cell phone bill. CS at T-mobile refuned the charges just Beware!!!
