I'm pretty sure this # belongs to AT&T Wireless. I called their main CS # -- 1-800-331-0500 -- and asked for a tech rep. The CS rep transferred me to a rep in tech support. During our conversation, the call dropped. The rep called me back & this is the # that appeared on my Caller ID.

Got a call from them tonight at 12:30. Asked for someone I've never heard of. Thought there was a law about calling anyone after 9:00. Wouldn't identify themselves...just asked for some other person by name.

Her issue is that on 4/9 or 4/10 she spoke with a represenative in telesales about upgrading her line named Denise. Customer said she didnt want to do the upgrade right then. Since then she has recieved call after call from phone # 8006320669. She states that so far today its been 7 calls that she recieved. She says that they never leave voicemails and if they do then they are blank. Customer is threatening to cancel account if we cannot stop this. She does not want to change her number.

oh wow. They called me five times non stop and I looked up their number and found this website. Definitely sprint, because my husband told me he was upgrading my phone today
| Pointnino 2009-07-17 22:09:02 Unknown |
Yup, this is Sprint. That makes sense. I called them eariler in the week to see if I would owe a deposit if I opened a one-line account with them, and they had to take all my inforamtion to run credit. I declined and told them that I wouldn't know until Friday (today). They called my work phone four times, and my cell 3 times. That explains it. Thanks 800Notes!

It is definately a call from Sprint Sales.
If you have ever inquired about a phone that they may have coming up somehow you make it into their database. In my case I remember speaking to this person a few months ago when I did an upgrade on my mothers phone and had inquired about a Palm Pre'. Of course it wasn't out yet and he called today 6 times to let me know about the pre'. I already had tried one and returned it a couple of weeks ago.
Long story short though, Call sprint sales and ask them to remove you from the calling list if they keep bugging you.

Caller said she was from Sprint.
I'm not sure what exactly was up with this call; I added a line to my account yesterday for my husband, and we got the entire thing set up in store. I've only had my phone for about 4/5 months, so I'm not eligible for an upgrade yet. They called saying that the phone that my "son" wanted was available, even though I don't even have any kids, we already got the phone for my husband from the store, and there's no possible way that he could be mistaken for my son, since he looks older than me.
Very confusing, though when I said I wasn't interested in an upgrade, the woman on the other line didn't persist, so no harm done, I guess.
