I'm getting 1-2 calls a day from this number.  No message.  Any idea who it is?

Called me on my cellphone... probably it's Medical Hair Restoration because their number is also 800-647-8692 and I have used them before.

I got really upset because everyday I got this phone number to call me and then hang up. I finally called it back and got to speak to someone. It is a hair restoration place. My Cousin signed me up for it as a joke because I have a severe receding hairline. Dont worry.. its nothing to call the cops about, just call them back and tell them you aren't interested.

this # keeps calling me, the phone only rings 3 times than stops, can i call the authorities about it?
