ANNOYING!!

Person from RBC called looking for someone who doesn't even live in this house. I tried to explain that to the collection agent but he got very irate with me, yelling at me and such. I asked to speak with a supervisor but he hung up on me. Very poor service on their behalf. I understand that not all collections agents are like this, but it's people like that that make them look horrible.

I have been receiving the same calls sometimes 3 times a day.No messege left and I have no clue who they are.Its gotten so I am screening my calls before I answer them.

This number calls me every day about three times.  I don't answer it.  Any idea what it is?

This number is, in fact, Royal Bank Visa. I have been getting the same several calls daily, with no messages. I tried calling the number back, and it is RBC. Hope this helps!

what about the number RBC would call when you make a big purchase, i dont think this should be ignored in case of theft

These people saying "pay your bill!" are foolish.
I'm getting these calls every day now, and I don't have any sort of credit card through RBC, let alone a VISA from any bank.

1-800-665-8115: Got this call and they hung up when I answered on the 2nd ring!  If it really is RBC, why would they hang up!?

It was RBC, I can tell you that family invested in their so called knowledge and secure presentation of sound investing. They passed us off to a 28 year old employee.  Who kept telling us during the downturn not to panic, so from $30.00 per share then 18.00 PS then $15.00 Ps we call and he assures me do not panic! Then we drop down into the $12.00 mark, and keep falling everyday till we hit $6.00PS and he says don't Panic, Well he no longer works for them and ton's of other employees moved on...it was like a free for all....and they tell me in the end...Sorry...but we are not responsible for the losses....Nice Sound advice..

Thanks for the help.  It is RBC.  I called them and they have been trying to get ahold of the wrong person!!!  So my number has been removed.  Glad I called and can be done with them calling twice to three times a day for the last couple of MONTHS!!  Oh, It is a collection agency too.

Exactly - I have been doing the same. I don't answer it at all. It calls everyday.

I have been receiving calls from this 800 number on both my home and cell lines.  Usually every day and they leave no message.  I have seen responses that it might be RBC, but I spoke with RBC yesterday regarding another matter and nothing was mentioned re VISA.  I find these 800 calls annoying and I don't answer them anymore.  I wish there were a way to stop these types of calls since they don't leave a message identifying who they are which I find is a waste of time.

Should not a REPUTABLE bank have the courtesy to leave a message, or send a letter/email to people if they have an issue with the customer? I know, like myself, many, many people are so FED UP with 800 number calls, and lack of REAL communication, that they never answer 800 number calls. Boy, lost of money is being wasted on these calls.

Same thing ..  this number is calling at least twice  a day and never leave a message  .. it is so annoying.  There are certain thibgs that should be done to people like this and they involve a rusty butter knife!!!

RBC Collections is calling several times a day from 18006658115. They are very argumentative and unprofessional. I have had a guy on the phone for ten minutes, I wanted to see what he'd say if I didn't answer the phone and so far he's said "Hello?" eight times, sighed loudly twice, and said "What the hell is good neighbour day?" It's comical, try it out! Thanks for the laugh RBC!

RBC Collections asking if I want to make a payment because I went a few hundred dollars over the card limit. Just one more reason to block all 1-800 calls.

I phoned it and was told there was a reroute and I should call 1014757. Fat chance.

I just got a call from this number and she asked for me...than she said "never mind, disregard this call"!!  I was like WTF?!

Jennifer I hope that worked for you because I too have told them several times that they have the wrong # and requested they stop calling, THEY STILL CALL.  IDIOTS.

It's an automated calling system. The computer calls your house, then once you pick up it gets sent to an actual person who then can tell you what they want. Every time I have talked to someone it's always about trying to sell me more "services". RBC isn't the only one using this system. So here is what I do for sh1ts and giggles, answer the phone, count to 3, then scream REALLY loud into the phone and hang up.

Received calls from this number daily for the last 2 weeks.  I answered the 1st one and no one was on the other end.  Sometimes they call 2 or 3 times in one day.
