we are getting a lot of voice mails on these but will switch it off soon. If you call the number back the automated answering machine says HFC Beneficial Finance, then they ask you to enter your account number or social security number.

I have just recieved a call from this #, and I googled it and got this page I have no idea who Pacific Int is..but they had my right name and everything, how did that happen? The person who left the message sounded like she's had one to many cigarettes (Marge Simpson) I'd hate for them to call everyday! Is this how it starts?

In order to stop calls, ask for their address.  Send them a letter with your name, address and phone number and advise them to cease and desist any further calls or mail to your address.  If they continue, escalate to the CEO.

they call me too? I don't pick up i let my machine pick up and it doesn't even make it to the beep beofe they are hangign up on it! Why are they calling me? what do they want? They call every 15 minutes ... I am on a do NOT call list... from the replies i read it is for business? BUT what type of business??? it's getting to the point I want to change my numbers... they started on my cell too! I may be callin my phone companies today to see what can be done!

They call about every 15 minutes, even if you tell them who they are looking is not in, I get 30 phone calls at work and just as many at home, one day they called 100 times, 50 at home and 50 at work, yes I am behind only payment, but that doesnt mean I need to be harrased all day every day, even if you talk to them and make arrangements they still call you

Beneficial Finance is a lousy company.  Yes, I was behind, had just retired.  Tried to explain to them that I was trying to get my retirement payments settled and would pay them as soon as possible.  They call on an average of 4 times an hour, little excessive I would say.  Calls start at 8 AM and continued to 9 PM, so that comes out to 44 calls a day, very annoying.

They have called me at least 10 times today. My payment is not even late. I have paid on time if not early the last 4 months. My payment has cleared. Called HFC research center and they are not posting that I called them and told them I would get a copy of my cancelled check. They are not from the USA and harass me all day long. What can be done legally to stop this? If my credit has one bad mark on it because of this lawsuit sounds good to me.

My solution is making me happy. I called this number back, went through all the "press 1 for..." and finally got a live person. I told this woman that I was tired of being harassed. That my name is not on this account, but they will call ME every thirty minutes even when I've told them the person they want will not be here today. So in retribution to three weeks of harassment, regardless of how our finances change, the earliest they can expect payment from us is April 1st. Our credit is already ruined because of our predicament, so they can report us to whomever. But, here's the catch. For every phone call from this moment forward, the date we will send payment will move one day later. So if they call ten times in one day (happens all the time), then by the end of that day, the date they can expect their earliest payment will have moved ten days further away.

Yes, it's HFC and just ignore them.  These people working for HFC are actually located overseas and they are relentless and wiull call you dozens of times a day, because they get paid if they are successful in getting a customer to make a payment.  The best way you can run these foriegn contractors out of businees or reduce their profits and increase their expenses, is to let them waste their time calling you day after day, week after week or even month after month and then if you do owe HFC a payment, when you are able to make a payment, just send your payment directly to HFC and nothing will frustrate those contractors who have been harrasing you, more than you making a payment they didn't process.  As for HFC, not only is this lender unscrupulous with their tactics both in their lending practices and their schemes to harrass customers, but they outsource American jobs too, so have fun outsourcing your phone calls from them to your voice mail like I do!!!  Once you do mail your payment (assuming you owe them something) then you can enjoy the pleasure of answering their next call and just pretend what a big favor you thought you did them, by having already rushed your payment off in the mail and that's the best way you can get back at them for harrassing you and they won't earn one American red cent for their efforts. Yes, you may wonder how the automated calls they make cost them very much, but they have overhead costs and live service rep expenses and if nobody agreed to make any payments to them over the phone and always mailed their payments instead, they would joing the ranks of the unemployeed too!
Turn the tables on them and harrass them back by wasting their time!!!

Reading all your messages about three- five calls a day and not leaving a messeage. Well i get a minuim of fourteen-nineteen calls a day starting from eight in the morning to nine at night seven days a week. I've been doing business with this company for over ten years and never late on my payments and now that i lost my job just like alot of others, they dont care they just want there money!!!! Well you cant get blood out of a turnup. Hassament is a under statement!!!!! Today so far four times.

They call if you are a few days late on your payment. Payment is already set up in their system. The call center seems to be in India or some foreign country.  I won't talk to them anymore as you can't understand them.  They also can't do anything about arrangements, etc.  You need to talk to someone that actually works for HFC in the US.  They need to move the jobs back to the US.

received calls saying my account is behind, I pay on time, three times made two seperate minimium payments in the same month, never missed a payment. they called on a friday stating i'm behind $325, statement comes in mail on saturday, amount past due $0.00, minimium due $170.  they call again on monday, their big mistake, TOLD HIM TO BE QUIET AND LISTEN, told him you mail me a statement from beneicial stating i'm behind and i will pay it, you call me again and i will file hassaments suits on you and your company, any and all communication from this point forward are to be via mail, even if i do get behind

I have been receiving these calls up to 8 times a day.  Now they are calling me at work.  When someone actually answered I told them I considered this harrasment and to stop calling.  They stopped for 2 days and now they are back at it.  Sometimes I will come from the basement to answer the phone and they only rang it 3 times.

continuous calls every 15 minutes---beginning on Sunday morning at 9am!  wanting payment of $400+ but when I call 800-677-4576 it shows my NORMAL amount due of 118.34...called  my local office on 9/16 & spoke with Mike Frank & said that he could not talk to me as I was not on the account & had the wrong address---duh---we changed it 3 times each time we mailed our monthly bill & my husband put my name on the account, finally called 800-677-4576 & did not press any options so I finally spoke with a live (foreign) person, also clueless (Mona Koburi), told them to stop calling my cell phone every 15 minutes & changed my address AGAIN---she had no idea who wanted $400.00-ish on Sunday morning...

I've been getting calls from this # for weeks.  They asked for someone who doesn't live here, never has and has a different address.  They said this person gave them my #, not true, don't even know the person but we do have the same last name. I think they just go down the phone book looking for the same last names of people with a deliquent account of some sort. After many repeated times telling them do not call this #, I finally told them anytime they called again this is my response:  I blow my whistle repeatedly until they hang up.  Calls stopped for 5 days and resumed, I used my whistle again, no calls for 2 days now.  I even got calls on Sunday morning.  If anyone finds out how to stop the calls, I sure would appreciate knowing how, until then, my whistle stays near my phone.

This number has been calling our house at least 4 times a day. When we answer, there is no one there. We even wait to see if it is computer dialed, even then no one answers. They will no even leave a message on the machine. This is really annoying. Isn't this harrassment?

They lost 2 cashier check payment in a row, on us. Had to repay the money and still wait on the money return on the cashier checks. NOW even though mess is straighted out, they still call and I have to go through the WHOLE explaination again, read them the check numbers, date they cleared bank, etc. They look it up, apoligize and then do it again the next week. They wopped my credit record real fast,FOR THEIR GOOF UP and to date have been promised they would report in error YA RIGHT. I took my information to a Federal Congressman and he is now invetigating them.I suggest to all take your info to your State's Attorney General's Office and lodge complaints.

They call for "personal business" reasons for an employee who works the night shift here. We yell at them, badger them, tell them they'll never get ahold of him at this number and they keep calling! Every day!

I have been getting calls from this number on my business cell on and off for weeks.  I was ignoring it since it was an 800 number.  I figured if it was a legit business call they would leave a message!  I answered today (didn't check the number before answering) and they were looking for someone that they claimed was an employee of mine.  I have worked at the same small organization for 5 years and have never known anyone by the name.

VERY RUDE!  IF THEY TAKE THE TIME TO CALL YOU THEN THEY SHOULD TAKE THE TIME TO HAVE A HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE....SO IT IS HFC, PAYMENTS LATE, DOES THAT MEAN RUDE!
