I ordered the product 1 month ago still have not received it yet and I'm a busy lady I was thinking it was on backorder. and since the lady that took my order told me risk free you know only had to pay for the shipping and I had 30 days once I receive the product to send it back if I was not satisfied for refund and I would not be charged lo and behold exactly one month after or during the products I'm charged $79.95 on my account I caledl I get to automated thing and then it says goodbye and hangs up on me i call the next day I get a smart alec who says that if I have not received the product yet then why haven't I called I said quite frankly I'm pretty busy you know I just assumed it was on backorder and I wasn't going to hassle you guys at the moment you know if I wasn't going to be charged for the product so then he says well it shows that it was sent to your house basically two weeks ago and I said well if it was sent to my house 2 weeks ago then why are y'all charging me full price for this product and it has a min to 30 days at that I was originally told that I had to cancel the product and he said well no ma'am 30 days from the time you place your order that that that is not what the lady told me he was like well I know she didn't tell you that so you must have misunderstood I told him I did not misunderstand I know what she told me she had told me that it was 30 days from the time of order but I just would have cancelled the order because I know things do get lost in the mail and I mean this is just ridiculous I would never order anything else from this company I ordered final trim and it's a rip off.

One month later, I saw a charge for 99.90 from this company. I called the company, got a recording that said "Goodbye." and hung up on me. I called my bank and ordered a stop payment.
