I called several numbers to dispute money that was charged to my account. they referred me to800-712-3000, and I can not reach customer service on this number. Is there any other number in which I can call

I too have charges on my statement but when I call back to find out what charges are for they tell me to call 1-800-712-3000 which turns out to be a Comcast number?!?

yeah  on 8/31/12   i was charge 22.00  from this 1-800-682-2289   from D W SALES    MI.      i dont know what this is also , try calling ,someone did answer but said there system was down and then wanted me to sign up for something , i just told them i will call back tomorrow and i will be calling my cc company

A charge was made to my debit cart and tel 800 682-2289 number was listed an my bank statement  $351.00 does anyone here know what to do about it my bank wont do anything abaut it

I got charged $277 from this phone number listed above. From Touchstone Merc. when I call the number it just tells me to text them but does not offer me anyone to speak to.

Just checked my bank account and on my account it was called touchstone merc and had this number attached. You call it and it says to press star and it will give you send you a text with info about this number. Um, no?!

I had a charge on my checking account for $41 dollars. From SCR with the number 800-682-2289. So I called that number to dispute the charge and it gave me a new # of 800-712-3000. There I just got a bunch of ads With free 411 and no person. My bank won't do anything about it because it's less than $50. Errrrrr! Money does not grow on trees. I don't know what to do.

Got ripped off from company.  Order merchandise never came.  Of course charged for it.  Have legal services looking into it.

1-800-682-2289 is the number attached to a medical coverage program, NBLA, is the acronym, that I pay for and it is always busy so I am trying to cancel but don't know how to reach them.

Was charged $19.00 and the charge says DSE Clinica Pract on credit card bill. Phone number on my bill is 800-682-2289. When I call, it directs me to 888-326-7156. It's a scam. Disputed it with the bank. Never made this charge.

Just had a  bogus $223.00 charge from these jokers dated 2/25/2010. I'm off to tell my VISA company & my local Atty General. They are doing business as "Total Systems Services" and when I call the number, the recording says "We're sorry, this call cannot be completed at this time."

Got a charge for 32 bucks. Merchant name Idea with 800-6822289 attached as a phone number. I called it and it just says "All circuits are busy"

Not sure what it is, but the charge is too old to dispute...

I have the same problem and I double check with my bank and nothing, then I go to yellow pages and is Professional recovery service and they recover all debt from credit cards, if for any reason you make a payment plan with HSBC credit cards is all thou them. Their PH# 876-770-9500. Hope this one help you out.

Credit Card statement shows up with $178 charge to "Advanced Equipment Sales" with a 66211 merchant zip and 800-6822289 as a number.  Called the number and it is busy, non-stop.  Googled all and found this forum.  Have a call in to the credit card company now.

$270.84 charge from "Connie's Pizza, IL"...phone number on statement, 800-682-2289 is busy every time I call....investigating with credit card co now.  No merchant zip given on statement.

That's f****d up. I've got over a grand in charges for this. I hope your grandma got a new number. Please don't publish phone numbers, addresses, etc. SO UNSAFE!!! You've just advertised that you have a sucker living at this number. Pretty easy to get the address after that. Hope your safe!!!!!

Caller is harrassing my 78-year old mother.  Please stop or we will press charges!! Her phone # is (318)322-0066. The phone # she gave me of the caller is 1-800-842-2911.

I had two charges on my credit card from a business called FETCH for a total of about $55. The charges appeared about 3 days apart. I'm disputing with my cc company; because I caught it right away my credit union says I'll get it back.

A few days later I had charges start showing up for internet porn sites from Great Britian. My cc company's fraud division caught it within minutes and put a hold on my card.

Whoever is using this number is charging things to test you and then selling your cc number. Stay on top of your finances!

Got a charge on 12/15 in the amount of $75.60 with this number attached and a company called SRC, Inc.  Anyone heard of this company?  This is about the third time this year I been hit with bogus charges, forcing me to once again close my account and open another one.  Getting very frustrated!

It is a scam.  Our credit card was stolen and this is one of the charges that showed up...DISPUTE IT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY!

Same thing just happened to me for $100.00.  We are trying to get to the bottom of it now.

What the heck is this???
I called my bank and changed my debit cards but I'd love to
