Called us saying that they were going to lower our phone bill but we would still have Verizon. What a SCAM.  Well, we are on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  This is a Federal Violation. Hoped they are stopped.

Called an was told that they don't controll the 800 number callers.

I told the woman that called from this number to take our number off of our list and to never call back, and she responded that they would keep calling back.

Received two calls on 3/10 at 9:47 am and on 3/6 at 11:44 am. Caller left no message. I am registered on the do not call list. These people obviously disregard this list.

Three calls already today.  I have asked them to take my number off the list repeatedly and they just keep calling.  What can be done about this!!??  It is so frutstrating.  How can this be allowable?

Constantly getting 1-800 or 1-888 calls and usually I just don't answer.  This time, the phone rang at 11 pm, woke me and then no one was there.  I thought someone was dead when the phone rang!!!  I can't stand these calls anymore, there are several every day!

yeah... they called me too and said they would lower my rates... not sure if i want to trust them or not since i only search up "SCAM" on google with their name

My 85 year old mother keeps getting calls from 1-800-690-9950. They want her to change her phone service over to their service as they claim she will save money with their 29.99 special. They are calling her several times a day even though she continues to tell them that I, her daughter, handle all of her finances. However, they wont call me even though she has given them my phone number. They have my mother is such a state she now will not answer her phone for fear they will harass her some more.

Rcvd a call from this number..younglady asked if my phone service was with verizon..I said yes and asked why was she calling..person hung up.I called back the number and asked the name of the company and the younglady refused to give it to me although I had gotten it when the machine answered.She told me i was confused..when I told her i wasn't confused she said it must be sales dept calling.That they work for several phone companies..so I asked if they represented Verizon..she said no.I told her not to call my number.

Just filed a do not call list complaint against repeatedly calls

Just got a call from 1-800-690-9950.  They said they were "Cordial Communications" and were telling me they were going to reduce my monthly phone bill to $29.99 per month to try to keep me as a Qwest customer.  They told me they used the same network as Qwest.  After I asked a lot of questions, I did not get straight answers.  It seemed very important to the speaker that I allow them to lower my monthly payments.  I told them I wanted to keep paying what I was paying.  They thanked me and hung up.

Phone rings twice, no answer then hangs up.Two numbers show up on caller ID 800-690-9950 407-459-1002.I am also registered on DO Not Call List.I believe that phone company records are kept in data bases and sold regardless if you pay a monthly fee for unlisting your #.I never answer these calls or any caller unknowns.I read on another blog that this is another phone company offering "discount" phone service.I pass.

Just got a call from someone saying they were from some communicaitons (don't recall the name) company and wanted to talk to me about my phone bill, then asked if I was still with Qwest. I told her I was on the Do Not Call List and I wasn't speaking with her and hung up.  What I would like to know, is how did they get the imformation that I was with Qwest in the first place when I have an unlisted number, and how are they getting around the DNC list?
