Robert 2011-06-06 20:58:16 Unknown
Robo Call from scam company to "lower my credit card debt". Tried to connect to a live operator to see what I can find out about these scamsters, but they never picked up.
In my opinion, the death penalty would not be out of place for these people.

Called my cell phone, didn't answer. Got a voicemail notification and when I listened to it, it was a robo call about extending my car warranty. It gave an option to press a number to be removed from their list, but obviously since it was my voicemail I couldn't. These scammers really tick me off.

Vehicle warranty scam. Called me on a business line. When you call this number it doesn't complete. I hope they die in a fire.
Joseph 2011-06-06 20:58:16 Unknown
Just received a call from this number. Thought companies could not call cell phone numbers. This was a robo-call.

Received an automated message from Sam Parker offering me insurance. My cell is on the DNC and I have no idea how this idiot would have gotten my number.
Sara 2011-06-06 20:58:16 Unknown
Sam Parker left a message on my cell phone from this number about health insurance. Automated recording.
Sean 2011-06-06 20:58:16 Unknown
decided to play along and pressed 1. Some lady who could not describe what their CC interest rate reduction does exactly, googled company name "Financial Solutions" but too vague. Asked for website or phone number, neither of which she had. Just kept pushing to "prequalify" me. In essence, wanted me to divuldge all of my personal info over the phone but did not want to give me any info about their company.

Sam Parker calling about health insurance scam. Didn't answer as usual as I didn't recognize the number. Filed complaint with the ftc as usual and added to my list of 'scumbag phone numbers."
Ashto 2011-06-06 20:58:16 Unknown
This number called me just now, it was a robo-call about my credit card score (hmm, I don't even have a credit card). I pressed "1" and connected to an operator, and before she said anything I told her I was on the Do Not Call list. I think that scared her; I heard two or three dial tone beeps before she disconnected, as if she was desperatly trying to hang up.

If you received one of these calls, please go to fcc.gov and fill out a form 1088G so that the feds can stop this garbage. It only takes a few minutes.

Sue them Info here 2009-06-12 21:19:47 Telemarketer
This number is to a telemarketing firm that at the moment as of me posting this sells care warrentys , halth care plans and credit crap , each day they sell different things on the many different call lines they have.
they are VERY easy to sue , you can file suit online and if you follow my guide it takes all of 3 to 10 mins to find out exactly who they are that is calling you. Changes in federal law enable people to bypass the telescum firm calling you and instead sue the company who HIRED the telescum to call you. It is easy to find the company responsible for the calls.
You can file suit in small claims court it is SUPER easy if you KNOW how and what laws and codes they have broken, also you cant just serve the company you have to serve there registered agent ( which is even better as my guide explains !). Also documenting every call is needed , my guide has a call data kit with forms to fill out you can present in court.
Ive made 28k this year of telescum by sueing them , half the time they settle out of court upon serving them a demand letter!
Kick the telescum in the pants ( and wallet ) by suing them ! You do not need a lawyer to do so nor do you need to know legal jargon. You can file online in most areas now for small claims court. Just one phone call from telescum can result in 9 or ten violations of law and federal codes and regulations, each of which results in you gaining $500.00 in damages per violation !! You can seek treble damages as well to make sure you get the full $5000.00 in small claims court.
People take action now and unit and sue the pants off these telescum !! It is not that hard to do , but again you have to have the knowledge to do so , take it from someone who makes a hobby out of suing telescum !!

This guide will turn the annoying calls you get into cash in your pocket !
I am not a lawyer but Ive been able to sue Telescum and win , its easy and I will show you HOW , ACT now .... If you don't your letting telescum win !
