GC SERVICES FOR CAPITAL ONE , THEY BUY THE OLD DEBT FOR PENNYS AND TRY TO COLLECT. I THINK THEY HAVE A ZILLION 800 NUMBERS , JUST PRESS THE STAR KEY A COUPLE OF TIMES AND IT WILL KICK YOUR PHONE NUMBER OFF THERE AUTO DIALER!
THERE IS ALSO A TONE YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THAT WILL WORK TO, JUST PUT IT ON YOUR VOICEMAIL OR ANSWERING MACHINE. GOOD LUCK

These people must own a 800 phone company. If they can get through on one 800 number that try another. the are so stupid that they do not understand that with a Digitone PhoneBlocker you can block all imcoming 800 type numbers. One ring, the number comes up on the caller id and then off to LaLa land. Well worth the investment or contact you phone company and have a block put on your line for all incoming 800 type numbers. If you can not afford that got to KMart or WalMart and purchase a small air horn. If you get someone on the other end tell them to quit calling. If the call again simply give one blast over the phone. This does two things. First it loosens all the wax in the jerks ears and second it does detour the caller from calling a second time. He most likely will not even call back to call you dirty rotten names or find out the name of the individual who gave him the blast so he can fill charges.

Waits to call at 9:45 - 10:00pm at night, very annoying, hangs up before the phone can be answered.
