Recd a call 1010 Hrs. this date. dead air.

This Call Center must have a contract with multiple charity's.  If you ever call the number back you get the same voice with a slightly different msg for each charity. These ppl are relentless and continually call.  Received 4 calls in 2 days.  They do give you a customer service number 800-325-7630 9-9 eastern time which I have just called. If you wait until the very end of all the press this for that junk they have a free (lol) remove my number service.  Pretty bad cause it should be more like let me add my number for free...then you can call.  Someone has this concept backwards.

- I just got a call from "Bob", from this number and he did identify the company he represents but didn't give his last name.  (Telemarketers used to have to provide their last name - when did the rules change on that?)
I didn't check my caller ID before answering, because I was waiting for a call from my lover, but when I picked it up, Bob incorrectly addressed me by the wrong name - I immediately (BEFORE neither confirming nor denying that he was speaking to the person he was calling for: otherwise know as, the surname on his call screen) demanded to know who was calling?
That's when "Bob" identified himself, and his company as "Zentell"...
then
before he could say anything else, I cut him off
instructed him to take my phone number off his list
and hung up the phone.
When I did a quick online search on "Zentel" the first item displayed was "parasite tablets" - gross! (Do you take parasite tablets to prevent them, or to grow them as pets?) lol!
When I changed the spelling to "Zentell" - the search engine quickly revealed it to be a 'telemarketing company'.
That's my tale, and I'm sticking to it.

Got this call today, i just did what i always do and pick up the phone for 2 seconds and hang up, then google for who the hell just called me. It was the Childrens Emergency Foundation. I called the 1 800-710-7097 back and it gave me a customer service number of 1-800-325-7630. At the end of the automated options it gives you the option to press 9 to be removed from their call list. The only catch is that your home phone that they are calling you on doesnt block its number from being displayed on their call display because you dont manually enter your number. After doing so it also warned me that it would take a couple of days to be fully updated in their systems so I might still get calls for a few days. I hope it works.

They call my place of business almost every day, but no one ever answers. I say "Hello?" 2 times, and hang up.

A man, sounded more like a teenager called me asking if im so-and so... am I over 18.. Calling on behalf of 'Zentel', an organization in co-operation with the police department of my city, educating kids about drugs, gangs and violence. Gave me 3 plans. 1 gold $100, silver $50 and bronze $30-40. Got a little pissy with me when I told him I have no credit card, but I would more than happily give to a charity like this If I was mailed some info on it. Sounds like fraud.

We have told Zen-Tel at least a dozen times to stop calling us, place us on a "do not call" list, even threatened legal action if the calls don't stop.  Just received yet another one from them.  I told the operator that we did not want any calls from Zen-Tel, and he promptly hung up.

Called at 830pm
                Asked for me by name  when I responded and he said he was from Zentel I asked who in hell was Zentel and he responded "well screw you"!!!!! Needless to say I hung up

I didn't answer.If one of this telemarketers clients is "Children's Emergency Fund", most of the funds raised by them goes to the telemarketer. This is what i confirmed at Revenue Canada online. They are very aggressive and it has taken several tries over years to get off their system though I haven't confirmed it because I don't answer. Not answering does reduce the number of calls over time.

You should call this number to take your name and number off their list 8003257630(it's their customer service number).

Got a call from this number 5 minutes ago... Told me my 200 F**king calls are up!! then hung up, lol

These F***ers call me everyday.
Can I sue them for harassment ? :D

This number has called now several times, I have not received any sort of message to who they want to speak to or what they want.
It is annoying as I am also receiving calls from a travel destination vacation telemarketing group - at least they leave a message.

How to get rid of them, is the question?

Woman calling on behalf of the "Children's Emergency Fund", looking for a $365 "dollar a day" donation. Sounded displeased when I told her that I never make a donation in response to telemarketing, no matter how worthwhile the cause.

Calls at 9:30 in the evening two nights in a row.
No answer on the other end.
Automated calling machines really bother me.

Received call today to provide a dollar a day to feed a child in Ontario.  Very pushy when I suggested that I already am maxxed out on charity causes

Donation for Childrens Wish Foundation. Said they were sorry they missed me and that they would call back.
