Caller represents themselves to be Insight Communications needing to speak with me about an urgent business matter regarding my account.  In fact my account is current and that number is not a valid number associated with Insight Communications.  Do not call them back much less give them ANY information.  Call should come up as unknown.  Enough said

Caller represents themselves to be Insight Communications needing to speak with me about an urgent business matter regarding my account.  In fact my account is current and that number is not a valid number associated with Insight Communications.  Do not call them back much less give them ANY information.  Call comes up as unknown name and number.

Caller left message on my cell that "this is Taylor Thompson on behalf of Insight Communications with an urgent matter regarding your account. Please call us back at 1-800-713-9766."

I did call, because I had just made a payment to Insight the day before and thought there could have been a problem with it. What happened though, was I got a machine that said "This is a test." And hung up. Curious what's going to happen Now.

I did call Insight just to confirm- they verified there was no urgent matter about my account.

Calling Insight to inform them, ensure account info is OK.

Call came in as UNKNOWN on my cell, but left a partial message that requested I call them back at this number. I did not and will not do that, especially since I have only given my number to known associates. I know it's a scam or a marketer with a computerized number generator who doesn't even know who they are calling. But they use my minutes to do so, and this should not be allowed.
