Received a call (showed as "anonymous" on caller ID) from a person who identified himself as Mark Rosen and left a callback number of 800-723-1240. Claimed he was physically in southern Connecticut but was looking for a personal injury attorney to "take calls" in our area in northern Wisconsin. Yup--I was suspicious from the start. Found this site and confirmed what I thought. Deleted the email I was preparing to send to my boss.

Not sure of the number, as it came up unknown. Name Mark Rosen was given. Says that he needed to talk to an attorney about social security. I put him on hold for less that 60 seconds and he hung up. I believe that

Our officed recieved a call from this number, he stated his name was Brian Plamer. He said it was regarding some Personal Injury cases.

Same message, same guy. I had a bad experiance with these kind of folks years ago (Legalhelpers). Keep your money - don't pay for leads.

My office received two calls from the same number in July of 2009. Both were from Mark Rosen. Basically, the messages indicated that he 'needs a lawyer who can take 15-20 social security cases per month'. He received no return call from my office.

I just got a call from the same group. Used the name Chris Martin. The caller ID came up "Unknown User", but he left his name and number of 800-723-1240 on my answering machine. I make it a habit never to take "Unknonwn" calls. It is usually a telemarketer.

I actually tookn the time to call these people back and see what they are all about, and I found that their service was something that I might be interested. Apparently the group has been around for over 20 years and I decided to work with them. They are an advertising group that got me a handful of cases and made me some quick money, it was pretty cheap for TV advertising and they did not rip me off or lie to me(wich was surprising other comapnies have lied to me a lot about advertisisng). I recomend anyone to talk to these people they may have something that may help you out of you are a personal injury attorney like me.
