Would like to join your class action suit. B of A has been charging my account for 7/8 years.  Many times have inquired of B of A employees as to what the charge was for but could never get a stright answer.  Thank you...

Pudieran oobtener La Manera de SOLICITAR al Bank of America "EL CAMBIO DE COBRO a OTRA CUENTA Que tengo en dicho Banco y que termina en1444.  Si estiman que esto sera posible, espero vuestra respuesta (por este medio) , para confirmar o afinar detalles con el Ejecutivo de Cuentas.  Esto debido a que me encuentro viviendo temporalmente en Bolivia.

I have the same issue, I'm Charged 11$ a month. Bank of America works with a bunch of these BS companies.There numbers all differ. But the number is located on your Bank Statement, for example mine was    Des:8778419188 Also You can ask for a refund! They Refunded my last payment.

They claimed I filled out some mail they sent requesting this coverage, and when I asked them who my beneficiary was they said I did not have one... lol What a load of crap.

I called the number..800-734-4374 and while they worked REALLY hard for me to keep the policy they did not hassle me too much to cancel it.
I was told I would receive a confirmation letter in 7-10 business days.

So, this seems to be one of those Life Insurance leaflets you get with your Bank Of America monthly statements in the mail. The way it works as explained by the rep I just talked to at the Insurance Company is it is Life Insurance that is complimentary to you for the first 12 months via BOA. Then, on the 13th month they begin to charge your BOA account. Basically, BOA enrolls you and informs you that you have been enrolled and you have to cancel it. The number I was able to reach someone on was 877.841.9188. Hope this helps.

I was charged 6.70 on 1/24/08 but didn't buy anything.

total scam been taking money from my grandfathers account for 8 years, and he's 96 so he wasn't able to get his money back total scam we should all get together and sue.

800-734-4374 belonds to Bank of America Insurance Dept.  It is a legit #.

I finally got them. Have very solid case. Who wants to join me to sue them together? They've added my mother with the wrong last name (they "assumed" she had the same name as my father) at the time my father was dying of stage 4 cancer in nursing home, who was almost out of reality because of anti pain medication, not able to move, etc.(3 months before his death), didn't have any money, didn't know English and they claimed he called them to "add my mother ( who doesn't exist with this last name)to his accidental death insurance?. My poor 82 years old mother didn't even know she payed from her SSI money 2 insurances even after my father passed away a year ago.
Let's sue them!

Noticed a recurring charge on my deceased grandfather's bank statement from AD Insurance DES: 8007344374   I called the # 1-800-734-4374 and it gave the option to press 4 to change acct info...spoke to a Carol and she was very helpful in canceling and telling me what to do to get the spousal portion refund (since my grandmother had passed away in 2006).  Guess I got lucky!

Same situation ... 91 year old mom who is also blind has had these charges for several months.  Do we see a pattern here????  BOA, this is disgraceful!!

my mom has the same charges on her bank of america account as well Sandy. I have the same situation as you do with regards to and elderly parent that's being taken advantage of. I found this post by typing in 800-734-4374 in the google serch bar and now I will be calling the number and BOA first thing Monday morning.

my mom has been charged by this number. she is getting older and i think has been taken advantage of. i check her bank statement from BOA to make sure things are fine. has anyone called this number to see if they can get it cancelled?

This is a number belonging to an insurance company providing accidental death ins to BOA customers.It is sponsored by Monumental Life Ins. Company.The only thing I ever received in mail was a certificate with a number on it.Hope this information helped.

I was charged $6.95 from this number for some insurance and it caused my account to over draw.  What is it?  I know I didn't authorize any insurance.  Good grief!

INSURANCE? I think it's a company that sells INS to Bank of America customers. I bought a policy and never receive any paperwork from them but get billed like clockwork.
