Stop calling!!!

A legit sounding company trying to collect on a fraudulent payday loan

Scam!!

Got a call from this number...pretty sure is a scam related to a fraudulent payday loan company that has been plaguing me for a few months now. Sounded legit but had incorrect information

Check into how old the debt is. Maybe look into your credit report. They are not allowed to call your job. Nor allowed to call your home before 8 AM or after 9 PM

These people are rude and I don't even know what they are calling about. They didn;t leave any information but a ref# to refer too? No company name, nothing? Rude

This Message Said I Needed To Call 1-800-735-7952 And I Needed To Give Ref# 14396787  I Needed To Call Mr Walker But Did Not Say Who They Were Looking For Or What It Was About

Number now belongs to Fairway Capital Recovery. Not sure if a DBA or they bought them out or what.

AS SOON AS I NOTED THE IN COMING CALL FROM THIS 8007357952, I LOOKED IT UP ON GOOGLE AND I FOUND OTHER PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM , I FALOW THIER ADVISE; REPORTED.

I received a call from this number, except that they did not say they were DRS Bonded. The caller said her name is Michelle from Airway Capital. My caller id says 513-793-7900. And yes, they said to discuss a personal matter regarding a judgement that has been presented to them. I though judgements came from courts, not debt collectors.

I received a call from this number to my cell phone when i answer nobody said anything it went to a recordingthat give this number. I call the number back and Gail answered the phone did not identify a company she was looking for somebody name annette, i told her that this is not a number where annette can be reached she proceed to scream how was i supposed to know that if you just breath on the phone and hung up. not sure who this company.

THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME THING TO ME..I OFFERED TO PAY 100.00 A MONTH AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD FILE A SUIT AGAINST ME IF I DIDNT PAY 225.00 A MONTH.  THE WOMAN THERE BY THE NAME OF LUCY IS A BI*** FROM THE GET GO...I AM TRYING TO TALK AND SHE WOULDNT SHUT UP....YES I SAID SOMETHING UGLY AND I SHOULDNT HAVE BUT THEN SHE SAID TELL YOUR DAUGHTER AND MOTHER TO F... OFF BECAUSE YOU DONT SAY THAT TO ME...IF I WASNT SCARED THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO GARNISH MY WAGES I WOULD JUST PAY THEM 25.00 A WEEK

Off topic here but hope I can get an answer,or some direction.
I know I am leaving it to the last minute.
I have to go to court on the 28 of Feb to to an evict...He is trying to get me for 9500.00.
I left the place spotless as I live that way in the first place.
He is crazy.
I left the place cleaner than it was and in better repair than when I moved in.
I have Pics.
What a mess I'm in, got any remarks. other than get a lawyer to late for that and can't afford one.
Help or at least make me feel better.

After receiving the call once a day, and reading all of these messages, I decided to call back and see what was up, try to end the calls. After pressing 0 for operator instead of trying to connect to "Mr Walker", the lady asked me my name. I politely asked her why she needed my name if they were trying to reach me. She wanted to see if I was the person they were really trying to reach or if they just had the wrong number. I gave her only my first name and it wasn't a match so she politely thanked me and apologized for the time and hung up.

For both my cell phone and home phone, the previous owners were really bad in debt but I have found the easiest way to stop the calls is politely talk to the people calling and they really will stop calling.

I received a call from drs saying we owed check n go for an installment loan for 2500 we did have a loan that defaulted i told them I could pay 133 a month and they said they won't take it and they will sue me, can they sue me in Texas or garnish my wages?

DRS Bonded called my house looking for my ex. Told them he hadn't lived there for 4 years but gave all his contact information and said they'd remove my # from the file.

This is a third party collection agency for Check N Go.   Violation of Collection Rules.  
Report them ASAP to FTC.   If anyone knows of a Class Action Law Suit against this company go after them and CheckNGo.  They lost one Class Action Law Suit a few years ago.

This #is keeps calling. I don't answer. They leave Voicemail saying g call mr. Walker. They don't say who they are calling for and when I call back it says they are closed. And this is at all times of the day. These people need reported and need to stop calling me.

Received a phone call from a 000 number left recorded message - Calling about important personal matter in our office.  Please call Mr. Walker at 800-735-7952.   Yesterday I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General Office.

These D.Bags called my house with a recorded message.There was no info on the person or company calling.They said push one to hold for an operator.When you push one,it says "sorry,no one is here,leave your name and phone number,and we will be in touch."They also play a pre-recorded message with no identifing names stating this is for your "Personal important business".If it is so damn important-tell me your F-----g name and the company you are with.I have opened a case against them with the N.C. Attorney Generals office.See you in Hell-Losers!

I was told to call this number 800-735-7952 and to call a Miss Green, with ref. # 14230385. Didn't say who they are with and the number comes up "withheld". As long as it comes up that way they will not get a call from me. I don't call any numbers that I don't know or the message that is left to call them, because you never know who is trying to get your information so that they can use it against you. So whoever it is they need to stop, because I WILL NOT CALL YOU.

Received a call from 0000000 number, left a message to call Mr. Walker immediatly at 800-735-7952. This is a third party collection call, part of Check N Go.  Have reported Check N Go to FTC and State attorney Generals office in Ohio.  Check N Go did not respond to complaint.  
I am reporting this call to FTC.  
Threats made against me.

Got a call from them today claiming I owe the gas company for a bill on an apartment I lived in 5 years ago. The guy said to me, "I think you're lying that you say this is the first you've heard of this debt. It's been through four creditors. It has destroyed your credit." It is a $97 bill and, yes, this is the first I've heard of it.

I understand that they're doing their jobs but I asked the gentleman to curb the attitude.

Work for a collection agency do you?

I talked to a guy nemd Jason and he was horrible and threatened litigation on a debt from First Consumers Bank or First National Consumers Bank and I don't rememer ever having an account with them. I'm scared they are going to ruin my credit.

i recieved a call from 800-735-7952 saying i needed to call back. im not sure who this is and why but they left a ref# for me to use. i cant trust calls anymore cause when it is a legit company i may think it it is ascam since i recieve calls everyday from weird places.  half the time the people do not speak clear english they sound foreign and im not sure what to do. i hate living like im in fear of not knowing what is or isnt real.

DIDN'T ANSWER. LEFT MESSAGE BUT IT WAS CUT OFF AND TOLD ME TO CALL: 800-735-7952 AND ASK FOR GEORGE WALKER OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

I don't answer because my cell says "Unavailable" but I always have a voice mail. When I listen it's half cut off, but I catch just enough to hear the hours of operation, the phone # to call back, ask for George Wallace or whoever and then the 800 # repeats and a reference #.
What is this? How do I get them to stop calling?
