This number actually left a message on my cell phone. It is Capital One Auto Finance. My car has been repossessed at my request but they still call. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I found myself unable to continue payments on my car (I have paid over 1/2 of the loan on time) and they would not work with me at all so I requested to do a voluntary repossession. They said someone from that department would call me back - and we went through this every day. It was never the right person I needed to speak with calling me - finally a repossession agent with a two truck showed up to get the car. Now they are still calling. I am filing bankruptcy due to divorce and it is not a good situation. I guess you can call me a loser too. Sometimes things happen that you can't help.

Sue the rats for violation FDCRA and send them a bill for 680.00

Dont feel bad, Cap ! people are a bunch of a-holes, I had 12 pymts left and became disabled. They are a heartless sukin Company. They would not work with me either.

I fall also into this group, nov. my wife had a stroke, she is still recovering, I have congestive heart failure, and just had heart surgey to replace my pace maker/ ICD, $30,000.00 my co pay was pretty hi for this and my wifes care, I missed a couple of payments but was caught up except they took my bike before they cashed the check, $600.00 plus called to get my bike back alreaddy was put in auction, after only 3 days, they told me if I sent in the payment that was due they would release it back to me, so called the place that had the bike, they said it was alredy up at auction, which is a closed auction, called back to capitol 1 they told me that it was never said i would get bike back, all they wanted was more money, They have the finale money they will get out of me..also the repo people lied to me when thay came after my bike the guy said no problem getting it back he lied also he knew it would be sent to auction , they picke up my bike 1 day after surgey, I was still blitz on drugs, if I had been in my right mind it would have been a fight... I am 62 now and My doc said I sholdn't be riding anyway, but still was done wrong by them...

Same situation here - went through a divorce, then lost my job, finally started having nothing but engine troubles with my vehicle, and I couldn't afford the repairs, payments, and insurance. I sent them several messages via their website stating that I did not want to be called any more, but they are still calling, which actually works out to my advantage since they are now in violation of FDCA laws.
