just spoke to a Bobby Joe (female) who was saying she was calling from RCS my mortgage on collecting a debt but sounded like she was calling from a shopping mall background or laundry mat lol also gave me an ext10668...

i called RCS in fort worth their # is 817-321-6000 and complained because they were calling twice a day , i actually talked to a girl and she said she would email the call center superviser , i had to give her my number but thats all i gave her , they already have it!!lol.........hopefully they will stop.

As of 5/6/ 2013 they call call every other day or so, they have left messages ("please call RCS"). I answered once and received silence. Then phone hung up.

At first, daily calls from "Ann, with Credit Card Services." They offered an opt out option with "press 3" which I tried, but they kept calling daily. When I finally spoke with a Rep, I told him to remove me from their list or I would file a complaint. Now, the same number calls daily with only static.
