I just got a call from these cheese bags. He Left a voicemail. Said his name was Mark Barns. Said they were coming out to do an investigation and I should call Ed (?) Martin at Greenburg-something-something.

I called the number he called from. Got their vm saying no investigations were in. I called the number they told me to call for Greenburg (800-994-0265). Of course it was one of those "virtual assistance" who work for multiple companies as an answering services. She couldn't put me in touch with the guy so I left a vm.

This stuff always sounds scary (by design) but is normally a scam. If they do show up to "investigate" I'll simply ask for their ID and documents, make a copy, and ask them to leave

Do not tell this guy anything.  This is someone who told me he was paid 2-5 K to call me and investigate my commercial assets.  Do not disclose true matters to these people it is a scam off of internet sought employees who want something for nothing.  

The debt collection firm of Greenberg Grant and Richards is a complete fraud, and from what I have learned, under investigation already. If someone shows up anywhere, and requests to 'investigate you' without a verified court order, kindly collect their information, and call your local Police or public safety department. You do not need to show and/or tell anyone anything. There is no law and/or statute that allows this type of harassment. Individuals like these give good, hard working private investigators a bad reputation. Very few will ever resort to taking work from scum like these people. If in the unlikely event that anyone ever does show up, request their information (license, Photo ID, and business card) and ask them to wait while you call the authorities. Also, post their information online with a description of your experience. The police will escort them to jail in most instances.

If you received the call like that simply ignore it. These call are fake and try to get something from you. They are bulls**t. Don't go their trap. Really panic about that after I finished research for them. Don't be scare and good luck.

Got a phone message today from this number from a Jacob Scott saying asset investigation will start Monday, of personal and company assets. A case number was mentioned, and he said Richard Martin of Greenberg Grant and Richards, at 1-800-994-0265, would have his itinerary, and that Mark Barnes was no longer the lead investigator. No idea what this is about. Did you ever hear back?

I got call today, followed up with everything, They states a case number looking for someone that wasnt me. Stated My phone number was attached to a Fraudulent $500k Wire Transfer internationally. That i should call Zuccarro at 8009940265. Call originated from 8007477751. I talked to them only giving first name but no other info. Simple search of my phone number would of told them im not the guy they are looking for.

I contacted my Attorney to get more info on this as to what I can do about it if anything.

I got call from the 800-747-7751 and left message that they are hired by Greenberg, grant and Richards to conduct a investigation in my personal and business assets. The guy sounded all professional and legal even giving a case number. We don't have any debts that are in collections. Is this real or fake....Shall I call the number he asked me to call 800-994-0265 or just ignore it????

Got the same phone call today. Did anyone ever have their vendors or banks actually contacted?

800-747-7751 called.  "Mark" from "Commercial Asset" called our shop. He said "Mr. Kirkmon" hired them to investigate our company. "Mark" made this sound very serious. He told us to call 800-994-0265 to speak with someone that will  further explain to  us of the nature of the investigation that "Mr. Kirkmon" had claimed we were somehow involved in.
800-994-0265 is also "Commercial Asset" and they specialize in asset investigation against a judgement/right to collect a debt.
This is a scam and scare tactic. We have read posts from other people that have been contacted by both of these numbers.

I got a call from this number ...client by the name of Shawn Archambow hired them and threatening to come photograph my assets and property. In case you are the crook reading this.....we have NONE!! :)

Called me today saying they'll be out to start the primary investigation in a couple days to asess my assets. B***s*** bill collector using scare tactics.

If you're reading this, come to my office and you'll end up with more than you bargained for. Put your threat and what you intend to do along with justification and we'll see who is going to investigate who!

Same here... the attorney name they gave was Vince Cruize...They all are crooks...Threats that they will come and seize assets unless I call an attorney who allegedly suing or will sue me and my company...What a bunch of BS, no attorney would talk to the other party without their attorney...so it is a scam....
