I got a call from April Baldwin few days ago. She said that she is from a debt collector agency and told me to call back at 1800 7592224. Since I have an excellent credit score ( in top 10%) and I had never owed any one except mortgage which I always overpay every month, I didn't call back. Suddenly now I think about checking this number on line an find out it is just a scam by reading all posts. Thanks all of you!

You've called again April Baldwin asking me to call back and I haven't!!  Take the hint and don't call back.  I don't owe anything and I bet you don't check with the phone company before calling a number to see if the person you're so hungry for still has that number.  Just be lazy and call anyway like a typical scumbag debt collector that needs to be shut down.

They call me even though I sent proof  the old debt was paid off over 5 years ago?  They are leeches.

I got a letter from NCO a few weeks back trying to collect on a $27,000.000 medical bill from a accident.  They've been informed there is ongoing litigation to recover medical costs.

Got a call from them, a recorded message saying it was NCO and that the call was an attempt to collect a debt. I know ALL my accounts past and present and I know for a fact that I have no outstanding delinquent debts! Just as others here have attested, this caller is a scam plain and simple. I hung up on them quickly and suggest you do the same, fearing no reprisals because it's an illegal rip-off scam of some sort -- of that I'm certain. I wish the Federal Trade Commission would hurry and shut down scavenger slime like them.

For the last two days I have had two recorded messages like Dave's (above).  I think they are fishing.  I do not plan to return a robo call to this Cathy Hill person.   I think bona fide companies would use the mail and be specific, at that.   If necessary, I will turn off my answering machine!

This person called my place of employment which can cost me my job. I have no idea who this is or why they are calling me. The persons name is supposedly Dwayne McGuire.

An automated recorded call from some one claiming to be "NCO Financial Systems" and said it was a debt collection agency. They left a call back number of 800-759-2224 and told me I needed to call "Kathy Hill" and gave me a reference number.

I called back and asked for Cathy (the lady that left the message). She was not available and the lady that answered the phone she she would help me. She said she was a debt collector and I said I owed no one.Her first question was "What is your ss number and date of birth". I said I don't give that information out on the phone. She got a little stronger with her voice and I repeated what I said. She said fine then I will sent your papers in the mail. I asked why the company didn't do that first and she hung up on me.

Just got a call from them this morning. They knew my name and asked for my birth date to "verify my identity." I declined and asked them what it was about and they refused to respond. She responded "Ma'am if you don't verify your identity, we will mail the information." I said fine, and hung up. I recently opened up a credit card with Best Buy and have been making on time and wayyy above the monthly minimum. As far as I am concern, they can shove that phone call and mail up their a**.

These jerks keep calling for a "Paula".  It doesn't matter how many times we tell her there is no Paula here and that we just got this phone number in July they don't care!  They continue to call at all hours of the day.  My husband sleeps during the day and every single time they call they wake him up it takes him over an hour to go back to sleep!  I'm in the process of writing them a letter telling them to cease and desist call our number.  Believe me if I knew this Paula's new contact information I'd give it to them but I have NO clue who she is!!!  Just getting sick of their crap and their harassment!!  I'm just at a total loss as to what to do!

Have filed no calling to the State, can company send mail?

They call me several times a day, most of the time they don't leave a message but when they do, it tells me to call Cathy Hill. When I have answered a few times they keep insisting that they "purchased" a debt account from a hospital bill (for $75) which I have already paid off to the hospital in the meantime. They told me I still owe them the same amount I paid to the hospital because they owned the account now and demanded immediate payment information from me. I refused, contacted the hospital in questions, who verified that the debt was paid off and they had no record of an NCO Financial being involved at all. NCO has called me back since and threatened to "destroy [my] credit" and "take [me] to court" if I don't pay them in full immediately...ridiculous...

Returned call it's NCO Financial Collection Agency

got a call from 800-759-2224. It's from NCO Financial Systems Inc. Out of Horsham PA.  It's a bogus collection agency.

Calling to collect a debt I have been making payments on.

Calls several times a day even after I answer. It is a company called NCO trying to collect a debt I am making payments on to original lender.

Called my number several times - did not indicate who the call was for - did indicate that they were NCO Financial and that they were trying to collect a debt - that I should contact NCO Financial - indicated I should speak with a Cathy Hill at 1-800-759-2224 and gave a reference number.  Since NCO Financial did not have the courtesy to indicate who they were calling for, I never returned their call. -

This lady named Cathy Hill keeps contacting me saying she is from NCO Financial. She knew my name! She called me a month after i got my cell. I have no debt because I'm 12 yrs old. I don't call her back. Its scaring me.

Also ..... I went to 411's website and did a reverse phone number lookup.  411 had no data on this number.
