Thats funny, they are using chase now.. I went to Wells fargo after they stop paymented my paycheck and told them about IAM/SSS and shortly after they froze the accounts, if they are still operating with chase someone needs to bring this info to their attention.

I worked at this place in March for a week. When you are working in this place they tell us that YOU are the thief, and we are collecting the debts of thieves. Some of the people believe this and they become passionate about doing their job.

I want to inform everyone that NOT ONLY does he had the company name of Integrity Account Management, but he controls this company and hiring of employees though the name of  "Second start staffing". That is the name on my paycheck...
Oh WAIT I DID NOT GET A PAYCHECK. I GOT A BILL. Yeah, that is my big complaint.
So, I worked for this do***e bag for a week. I waited the "required 30 days" to get my first check, but, it never came. I started Harassing them for my check, on the day I THREATENED their company to go to L&I I received a letter two days later.

I keep getting a call from a Ramona. She asked where I wanted to be served at my house or my place of employment. I got scared so I set up a settlement. Now I am not sure I should of gave them my information.

They won't tell you who they are owned by, or any details about the organization, and they won't pay you with a check you can deposit in your own bank. The place reeks of dishonesty!

You do not become a 1st party collector by buying a debt nor can you reset the date of the original debt. They are called debt buyers and they are NOT the original creditors so they are not 1st party. The Law in Washington state was just changed. As of October 1st, 2013, they now have to get a colletors license and  follow all the laws they tried to claim that they were exempt from. The Washington state Licensing division hase filed to revoke their license and the owners all have outstanding court cases against them. They will not be around a whole lot longer. The new law also forbids them from collecting debts older then 6 years in Washington. Almost ALL of the debt they try to collect is out of statute.

These creeps are trying to scare my wife into paying off a debt that was paid off years ago

So I look on CL for a job in my new area that I just moved to and this place popped up. Believe it or not I was scammed just like the above news links had shown. I only worked for one day but so what was going on in the inside.

What they are doing and how they are doing it is wrong, in my opinion. Apparently they are not 3rd party debt collectors, they are 1st party. They buy the debt at, I would assume, very cheap prices and in turn try to get these debtors to pay on a certain amount. So with them being the owners of the debt, they can speak to you however they choose, minus vulgar language and threats. The "legal threats" are all b***s***, they are trying to make you trip out and pay up, but that is against the law, again according to the news link. INSIDE SECRET, WHATEVER YOU OWE THEY CAN DISCOUNT UP TO 70%. IF YOU OWE MONEY AND THEY ARE AFTER YOU, ITS NOT A BAD DEAL HONESTLY.

So technically they are not a "SCAM" as a company and what they do, they are a scam as far as paying their employees, as per the news links. So If you really are in debt and owe, let's say for hypothetical matter, $10,000. If you get a call, tell them that you will settle the amount for a 70% break. The agents can only break it down 50%, but the "supervisors" can go an additional 20%. So again if you really do owe money, which if you do or don't I don't really care, but you can hassle them down 70%, that's not bad on a legit $10,000 debt. You enjoyed the full benefit of $10,00 at only $3,000.

I am sorry if I have ever called you,  worked there only for a day. I found out about this company buy a very smart co-worker that started the same day, He told me about it and I researched it some more and we want to take him down. Honestly I am a little scared even posting this, don't want to be too identifiable, I don't want to be hunted or anything.

I just rec'd a call fom this number.  Now, I filed Chapter 7, which was dismissed in January 2013, and if this so-called company wanted to collect anything, they should have tried it before then.  I told them to contact my attorney directly, and gave them the attorney's name and phone number.  We'll see if they call back.

I keep getting these calls to.  They have yet to provide proof of this so-called debt.  They continually threaten to take legal action.  I have begged them to do so because I know this debt is not mine.  when I tell them to take the legal action they threaten, the say they my attorney's information.  No they don't.  They can, at any time, serve me with court papers --if they were actually going to do it.  But it's just a threat to try and get you to pay a something you don't owe.  

Here is what I did.  I sent the below, certified mail so that I get a signature.  According to CA law, they can contact you ONE last time.  

Pursuant to my rights under federal debt collection laws, I am requesting that Integrity Account  Management and their affiliates, successors, managers, employees, agents, and any other person or entity in relation to Integrity  Account Management, James Alexander or Randall Groins whether by direct or indirect association of ownership or partnership, in relation to any business owned or operated by the enitites above, cease and desist all communication with me, as well as my family and friends, in relation to this and all other alleged debts you claim I owe.  In addition, I have not given you or anyone else, permission to contact me on my cell phone.  My cell phone number is XXXXXXX.  Do not contact me on my cell phone.  

You are hereby notified that if you do not comply with this request, I will immediately file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General?s office. Civil and criminal claims will be pursued.

All last year and some of this year IAM Inc.has been worrying the hell out of me about some stupid sears account I do not have.And if I did it would be 13 years old.Now they have turned it over to Integrity Account Management.They seem to think if they sue me they will get all my money,home, property and savings.Wow,are they insane?I have NOTHING!I draw disability and they think they can get some of that.I only draw less than $700.00 a month.What can I do?I`m being harrassed to death and I want it stopped!

This jerk blew my phone up this afternoon from  800-784-1047. Then left a message very urgent about my property which i don't have. Now it is Michael Peterson at 425-374-4310 and left me a case number. Wow what a idiot. He talked so fast I had to replay it back 4 times. Thanks for the heads up.

Now they are calling themselves Integerity account  management and using the following 1-800 -516-7547 number to call. Of course I asked them to remove the phone #  . This is a bit harder to deal with  as ATT will not block 800 phone numbers.

Please notify the Washington state Licencing People at 1-360-664-1529.Of the harassment.  They Just were in the processes of shutting down Randall goins last company. Perhaps we can  add to the demise of this company too.

I have received calls a couple times a week along with my family members threatening to sieze my assets and take my poerty..its one thing to call me,but,to call my family and leave them these upsetting messages is disgusting..the 425 numbers were the origin of these calls..they switched over to the 800 number since I had told them several times to stop calling me,it is harassment at this point. Calls started August 2012. This debt is not on my credit report for 9 years now..it was in 1996 and was with sears..I was 17 at the time.

I have been getting phone calls from the same IAM the same 8007841047 I was even sent a email with a statement telling me just how much I did owe but I am not in KS. The guy I spoke with in Troy Tomell at 912 Miami Leavenworth KS 66048. The woman that I got wanted to fuss and argue about the payments that I needed to make before they took my home an farm.  and that I would lose everything that I had because they would take it.

Received this call from 8007841047 and return call number4252964460 that has a voicemail with no name setup.They threaten to file civil cases. I would not verify information and they got a supervisor who had an attitude. The first caller was J. Pittman. I told them to stop calling I had no idea what they were talking about and hung up, he called me back immediately. You could hear all the people on the phone in the back and the "supervisor" was saying "check your voicemail before you do anything" .

I am reporting this company as harrasing.

Wrote down the number they gave me to call back which was 425-516-7547. The name of the company she gave me was Integrity Account Management her name that she gave me was Amy Valentine.
I  googled that number and I pulled up someone's flickr account..
All the more reason i'm glad I told her I wasn't home.

Guy called asking for someone we do not know.  Really spooked our Chinese babysitter who didn't understand what he was asking for.

I also join your group of getting a call from ...."My name is John".... from the NEW name Integrity Account Management. Still smart enough to use the IAM,Inc. just change the comapny name.  Yes SCAM people. Don't respond. Too bad we can't stop them. calling me since November 2012 and usually the second week of the month. I asked for info/written proof. Not surprised I did not receive anything. First, Ross Martin, then Nathan and now John. BEWARE.

They literally call me 3 times a day! It's getting ridiculous. Some guy named John leaves a voicemail saying he is from Integrity Account Management and is calling in regards to records associated with a Kurt Gather (a name I have never heard of before).
