The number that is provided by these scammers on your banking statement and disk is a joke.  The line connects to an answering machine that no one ever picks up for Refunds.  If you contact by internet,  begin a chat with someone that assures you this is not a scam.  BEWARE Federal authorities need to be notified about this group of conartists.  They submit unauthorized charges on your account as long as you do not stop them.

I foolishly signed up for this, never received anything, and within 2 days aws charged $39.95 to my credit card. Tried calling the number, was put on hold, and listened to music. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

I do not want this, I never did. It is really quite a scam when you don't find out about the 39.95 until after you sign up for the "free" service. I haven't even opened the CD you sent me and I want my money back immediately but from what I read above this probably won't happen. Stop taking advantage of people during this difficult time. I used to believe that Ebay was a reputable company but it sure isn't!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am notifying everyone I know that they should never use Ebay again and guess what? They will tell everyone they know and so on. I may not put you out of business but you sure will lose money.

I have had very bad dealings with these thieves. I applied for an 'Ebay Success Kit' a few weeks ago. When I ordered it, I took explicit care to take note of the fact it was advertised as FREE. The disc arrived last Monday and I was not happy with it - useless information and full of scratches as though someone had used it as a tea-coaster. But, I though nothing of it as It was free.

However, last Wednesday, I checked my account and discovered that $5 had been taken! I was quite taken aback and contacted my credit card provider. They said they would investigate it and issued me a refund right there and then. I checked my balance again today and discovered that $50, $35.99 and $20 had been removed from my account all at once!! In total, $105.99! It only dawned on me that the money was being taken by the same people I ordered the 'free' success kit from!

I called them up and was put through, after 15 minutes on hold, to a very rude lady who was adamant that the money was not taken by them. I lied and said that my bank had evidence that it had been taken by them. The lady said she would call me back in 5 minutes after she had spoken to her supervisor. 10 minutes went by - no call. So I called them back and demanded that if they did not give me my money back within 24 hours, I would be reporting them to the police for fraud. The lady told me that I should have taken better care when ordering the success kit as it was NOT free. I told her that I have a screenshot of the advert and that the word 'FREE' was as big as my screen itself. She caved and said she would refund me within the hour.

Obviously, I have not been refunded by these goons but my bank has refunded me the money and given me a new account. Please, people, do not engage in any form of business with these crooks because they are liars and thieves. They are selling a product under the guise that it is free but really, it isn't. And the product itself is a piece of garbage that is the main player in this scam.

i want this canceled imediatly ,i was to pay 1.95 for free information,this was for postage,now you have charged my credit card 39.95 for what , this is a scam and i want this credited back. calling bbb, state fraud etc

I did not receive a call. I foolishly signed up on the internet. they have charged me 39.95, 1.95 and 2.95 so far.  How do I stop this? I call the number an no one answers. All I hear is music.

Call for 2 Days 1 877-387-4244 never recieved a response check number out on internet to rec'd 1-800-808-8529 to tell me they can't give me a refund and I never rec'd the package or CD. They will cancel after you get mad with them but will not give you your money back. And when you ask for a supervisor they state they not in and won't be in for 30 mintutes. (hogwash). I spoke with a Annie ID 224 (I'm supposed to believe she gave me the right Information.

I WAS TAKEN ALSO BY THE SAME PLOT.  THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $1.95 FIRST BEFORE THE CD ARRIVED IN THE MAIL 5 DAYS LATER.  THEY THEN CHARGED MY ACCOUNT ON FRIDAY $9.95.  THEN ON THIS MONDAY I CHECKED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND THEY CHARGED ME $39.95!! I HAVE SENT THESE THIEVES AN EMAIL AND I CALLED THEIR PHONE NUMBER ON THE CD.  THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND THEN DECIDED TO EDUCATE ME ON SIGNING UP FOR A PROGRAM AND NOT UNDERSTANDING THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED IN 7 DAYS REGARDLESS ON WHETHER I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT THEY WERE SELLING OR NOT.  THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO ME IN 2 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS.  I WILL BE KEEPING TABS ON THIS UNTIL THEY MAKE GOOD ON THIS.  SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!!

Michael Greene called me at a busy time and I told him to call back later. He did call my celly the next day but I was too busy to answer it. Since then he hasn't call back.
I have called 1-800-808-8529 for the last two days and only get a recording that puts me on hold and never answers. I have also sent Michael an email telling him that I could not get to the eBay success web site. I get this error "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL". Of course no answer from him. Also sent an email  To:support@ebaysuccesssystem.com with no response. I have notified my bank to not accept any charges from anybody that has an eBay name. I will follow up on the bank tomorrow, since this is Sunday.

I purchased an Ebay Success Kit a couple of months ago and was quite dissapointed by the item. All it was was a disc of information I already knew. They are putting costs on my sick husbands credit card.I e-mail 4 times,the e-mail address are a joke.The are fake e-mails.And I called,the man gave me the run around.
