Hi, everyone.  I got the same call about a Navigator.  The guy said his name was Dave.  See the comments under phone number (800)996-0081 also.  Sounds like a time share marketing scheme (scam?)...

A year later, they are still using that Navigator scam.

It's a scam for Royal Palm Travel.  They call under all kinds of false resources, and are very evasive about giving name or contact number unless you go through their questions.

I received message on answering machine 6:24 pm on a Saterday from Phil saying he had good news reguarding a Lincoln Navigator from a sweepstakes I'd entered some time back.  Having actually won a car 7 years ago I knew this was a scam.  I could not get any info from them about what it is they are trying to sell (magazines? timeshares? etc)  They wanted to verify that I make over 50,000 a year.  even if I did I wouldn't tell anyone that info!  Duh!

I recieved a call today from Chad at the "Prize Distribution Center" stating that the Great Sweepstakes Giveaway I entered is over and I won a Lincoln Navigator. They left an 800 number to call ASAP. Checked online and saw these postings. Did't call the number.

It's really sad.  I see this website is here to help scammers or conartists to be exposed before they take people's money away.  This has been going on since 2007.  It is now november 2008, and I just got a call, very similar to what has been described above.  Now it's a Ford Explorer or a Navigator.  Come on people... I don't even like these vehicles, nor would I even try to win them.  Can anyone go after these people!!!  Is there no arm of the Law that can go after them!!!  Someone is going to fall for this, this is a crime...  although they never got my money, the INTENT is there...  That should be crime enough under any criminal code!!!!

Yup, still scamming in October.  Same message, only wanted me to call 800 393 1518.  I didn't buy it, so I found this site online.  I thought the same thing, "Lincoln Navigator?!??!" W-T-F???  In this economy, with gas prices this high?  I live in California where gas is the worst.

Can I refer this to the police or something?  Maybe I should call them and leave the number for the FBI.

Still scamming in September - I got the call last week - from Victoria - Suspicious, I tried the reverse look up online and found this site.  Same message about the Navigator and to call Michelle "The Director" at 866.488.0604

I got a call from a woman telling me to call 866-488-0604 and ask for the director Michelle.  Same story, "good news on prizes from a Lincoln Navigator giveaway".  Do they get you to pay the taxes to them on it before they "release it to you"?  Unless someone gets these people, they are going to take some poor person for their life savings. Sad.

Another Lincoln Navigator scam call. This one told me to call 800 504-6196 and ask for Michelle.

"David" called to say he "has good news" about the Grand Sweepstakes Giveaway.  I called the number and vmail message says to leave your name, number and the state you are calling from. I did not leave a message.  Contest prize winners are usually notified by registered mail and the documents state your name, the contect with ending date and that you are a "potential" winner.

I GOT THE SAME CALL ON 7/25 ABOUT 7:30PM. SAME STORY ABOUT WINNING THE CAR. THE CALL IS COMMING FROM A 708 AREA CODE. 708-808-3205 IS THE NUMBER. CAN'T ANYONE STOP THIS GUY BEFORE HE SCAMS SOME OUT OF THERE SAVINGS?

Hey, I won too.  David called me on Sunday the 6th of July.  What a great guy takinig time out from his 4th of July vacation.  With gas at $4.00 a gallon I will take the cash value.  Do people really fall for this stuff?

I got the same call yesterday (7-2-08).  What do they stand to get out of the deal?  It doesn't really make sense.  Maybe their waiting to get ahold of some old people to milk them.  How do people file a complaint about a scam like this?  Does anyone know?
