I have received calls from this number and have no idea what it is all about. There are no messages and when I try to call back, there is nothing on the other line.

It's National City Mortgage.  If you have a mortgage with them they're likely calling to remind you about a payment.

National City Mortgage 1 800 822 2244 has been hammering away at my phone all day (Sunday!).  I don't have a mortgage, don't want one, have never asked for one.  It's probably a dunning machine.

This number calls CONSTANTLY and nobody is ever on the other end of the line.

I received a call from them 3 times a day for two weeks they never left a message I was finally home today it was a mortgage company looking for someone with my same first and last name I said "speaking" and she went on to say that she was calling about my febuary and March mortgage payments, I then stated my entire name and the person she was looking for had a different middle name, she then had an attitude and sid she would take my number off of the account. I hung up, but why would my number be on some women's mortgage account?????? anyway I received a call from them 20 minutes later so I am guessing this will not end. BTW I am a renter and a college student I do not own a home. This is harassment in its truest form.

800-822-2244 is from National City Mortgage.  They call between 5 and 12 times a day several days a week including on Sunday.  Nobody answers but I have already closed my accounts at Nat City and went to their competition

Call came in at 8:45 AM!

Calls every day at about 6PM. No one is on the line

Call came in on Sunday at 5pm. A recorded voice said something like, "Please hold on for an important call for this number." This was followed by a few seconds of silence, then I hung up.

This number shows up on my caller id.  When I answer no one is on the other line so I hang up.  Who ever it is call from 8am until 8pm at night.  I am reporting this number to my phone company.  It is very annoying.

Relentless calling even if payments are made. There is no communication within the system to take you off the list, even if you request it. "Notes" are constantly incorrect.

They like to call at 8:00 AM, 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM

This number called me and a recorded voice said " please hold while I get someone on the line" it paused for about 15 seconds and repeated it again and so on for about 4 times and I hung up. It might be a mortgage company...not sure...it called my cell phone....
