If you are reading this then it is probably because were subjected to the same scam as the rest of us.  I got a call from Ind. Chem Labs saying that he was following up on an inquiry for some cleaners and when I politely refused he offered to send me FREE samples and said if I liked them then would I please call back and I could still get the "deal" that he was offering.  When the conversation was over, I felt uneasy about it and never opened the box when it came.  Sure enough an invoice came the next week for $121.51.  I called to tell him I did not order it and therefore was not paying for it.  He tried to tell me that I did order it and he could read me back the conversation word for word.  I told him there was no need because I did not order it.  He told me I would have to pay for shipping and I told him I wasn't paying for that either.  He told me I needed to at least pay a small part of it and I said NO.  He then became very agitated, told me I was "threatening" him when I told him I was filing a complaint, and then eventually hung up on me.   I will not give into sales "bullying" and pay for something that I did not want, did not order, and did not open!!!

This company is a JOKE! Don't answer their calls and don't let them send you anything. They talk with anyone who will answer the phone and mention they have products for cleaning. Without proper order confirmation they send products and charge you for them. I have been dealing with these people who should be professionals for months and now they want to continue to try and charge my company for a product we never order, will never use, nor have asked for. I was told by one of the sales members we could return if for a restocking fee, he was rude and so unprofessional, you could hear random conversation behind him with cuss words flying right and left. When I asked to talk with a supervisor, I was transfered to a gentleman who could never tell me his title and who talked over me the entire conversation and told me there was nothing he could do, no return, no restock. Which is weird when his employee just told me that was possible. Upon mentioning this he said he would have a discussion with his employee but that was it. I find it odd that we have had numerous conversations of their employees telling me one thing and now another. I was talked over, not listened to, and almost cussed at, he caught himself before he finished spitting out the F word and this was supposed to be the highest level of managment I could talk to. I can see why the rating is so low and why all of these other people have had so many issues. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, OR TALK TO THEM. Very manipulative and scammy. BEWARE! I am only even giving them a star becasue I am affraid if I leave it blank people will think they get more stars.

Industrial Chem Labs contacted Beacon Ridge Pet Resort LLC, wishing to sell product.  Beacon Ridge Pet Resort LLC, did not wish to purchase ?any? products from Industrial Chem Lab, and the Owner advised the Rep from  Industrial Chem Lab of this and no purchase of any products was requested or made.  I would not have picked up the call as our called ID screens calls.  However, the Rep called on a ?Private Line? thus Industrial Chem Labs was not picked up by the caller ID.  

However, a shipment from Industrial Chem Labs was still sent via UPS to Beacon Ridge Pet Resort LLC.   This shipment was ?refused? by Beacon Ridge Pet Resort, LLC and returned via UPS.

The owner of Beacon Ridge Pet Resort LLC contacted Industrial Chem Labs at 1-800-827-0869 to advise this had been refused as no products from Industrial  Chem Labs were requested by their company.   I, the owner, Margaret J Curtis, spoke with the Rep and he said I did request product.  That is a lie and I asked to speak with a Director.  Someone came on the line and again stated I did request product, again, that is a lie.  I advised the product was on its way back to Industrial Chem Labs.  The discussion ended there.  

Beacon Ridge Pet Resort now has received one invoice for $121.26, Invoice #143576 dated 02/14/2014, plus a second Invoice for $79.00 with a product comment of ?SETTLEMENT?   per the phone conversation I had with the Rep and Director (?) with a $20.00 reduction.  Again I did not request any productand refused the shipment.  I do not wish to have any further business dealings with Industrial Chem Labs, as they are not products I wish to use and their staff is untruthful.  

I will be reporting Industrial Chem Labs to the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office for their deceitful  and dishonest practice of pushing their product on to business?s that have NOT requested any said  product.

PLEASE remove Beacon Ridge Pet Resort LLC from your calling logs.  My Business will NEVER do business with Industrial Chem Labs again.  Any further sales contact will be reviewed as harassment

last year they send product without my knowledge with shipping cost ,i told them i am not paying so they say shipping is free,so i agreed and paid for product without shipping charge .this is the second time they did shipped the product again without my permisson,i am not sending any payment,faxed them back to pickup the order,i donot want it,i didnot order,let them goto collection.

Have received multiple phone calls from this company from different salesman, just wanting to confirm my mailing address to send out their new catalog.  They just wanted to confirm that I'm the person in charge of ordering.  I mistakenly did this at my previous employer, and got sent a case of industrial cleaner and an invoice for $1,000.00.  It was my first week there.  They aren't even trying to get people to order a product, they will send you something you did not want if they get your address.  Don't give them the time of day.  On the phone call I received today, he said that he has been so busy, and the last time he called on his cell phone was 6-7 months ago, and he was hoping to set up a time to come met with me.  I said that I didn't ever recall speaking with him, and asked him what company he represented.  He told me "Industrial Chem", so I told him that I'm not interested, and he tried to weasel our mailing address from me.  Didn't work.  Just hang up on these people, avoid them like the plague.

I only wish I had taken advantage of your site before I consented to have a "sample" of their Carpet Cleaner sent to me.  I received the "sample" of 4 Gallons a couple of weeks later and the invoice. I thought I must have not been clear about getting a sample, was pleased with the results of the cleaner, so paid for the order, Then, a month or so later, I received another 4 gallons, plus invoice so called to question it.  I was given the standard "no, that is the completion of your order. Don't you remember we talked about this?" I didn't remember and told him so, but because the cleaner was effective (and I hadn't read the bad reviews) I paid for it. During the conversation, I asked if the company had a product to remove rust from a metal roof.  Of course they did and would send me a "sample"!!! And off we went again in the same vein, with a second "complete the order" shipment arriving weeks later.  I have now been in touch with the company several times, leaving messages which are not returned, and actually spoke to "Keith" just today, and got the same "Don't you remember I told you this was the completion of your order?" I was polite but firm and told him I would not be paying for the product and asked for return shipping instructions.  But now I have read in one of the reviews that the product is technically mine, at no charge, since I did not order it and they don't want to take it back.  I'm set for life on Carpet Cleaner and Rust Remover!!! All my friends will benefit from this company's bad business practices.

Just recently had to deal with these a-holes, Guy got me talking about baseball and how the world series would end and crap, then tells me that he'll just send it out not to worry about the rest, then I tell him I am not responsible for this, I cannot speak for the business, Please don't send anything! Still he went ahead and sent it with an invoice of $150.00, now my boss is outraged and insists in me paying for it out of my pocket! Told the guy this problem and he just laughed and said, "all sales are final" What a prick!! Caller ID number was NY Chem Labs 631-243-4994. Don't be scammed!!

I got a call from 631-940-8977 and it seemed familiar to me so i did not pick up, he is out of NY. The guy left a voicemail asking me to call him back about some chemicals. He said his name is Dillon Brooks. I have talked to him before and am glad I didn't pickup the phone this time. This guy is a COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST!! The number he asked me to call back is 1800-827-0869. He knows my name and my title and he knew my supervisors name. He pretends like we have been talking about placing orders and he just needs my approval. Avoid these numbers if you can.

Received a rude call from Keith Roberts, saying someone inquired about prices on their products.  Sounded fishy to me, so I search the phone number online.  Needless to say , we will not be calling them back!

I hope you do, sleezy scammers! I am an fraudulent invoice as we speak. Same story as everyone else!

Work at the Front Desk of a nice hotel, got a phone call from a JEFF ROGERS, Industrial Chem Labs, 1-800-827-0869.

Man wanted to speak to our maintenance supervisor. Said it was an emergency about some materials for our property. Didn't know any of our maintenance guys' names and wouldn't tell me what materials he was referring to.  Thankfully, our maintenance guy on staff was busy with some electricians and couldn't come to the phone. JEFF ROGERS insisted we got him on the phone because he had been on standby with our materials since noon.  When I insisted maintenance couldn't come, he left his name and number.

Once I told maintenance about them, I was told they had no idea who they were and that's when I got online and did a search.  Glad I did, now if and when they call back, I can give them a peice of my mind.

Same as all the other complaints, except what I do is never transfer calls. We just politely ask for a name and number and say we will give them the message, however if my maintance man doesnt know the man or company calling he doesnt waste his time calling these scammers back. Our venders all have to be preapproved so its obvious to us when they are cold calling.

I received a call today as well saying we sent in a post card looking for information on drain cleaner and some other chemicals. Well we never sent in a card as I try to buy every thing local and secondly when I told him to send me an email with prices he stated he did not have access to the internet. SCAM on telmarketing!!!! Maybe a legal company but has very shady sales force.

I received a call from them today. They were trying to sell me drain cleaner. He was very persistent and kept lowering the price and offered free shipping. I would not give him my name and told him I would have to check with the owners before making any purchases. He continued to push me to order until I hung up.

Rude and unprofessional and certainly not anyone with whom I would do business.  Avoid them ... they are terrible.

We just recieved our 4th invoice from from them for a total of around $4000.00.  We payed the first two invoices and were told our account was closed and we would no-longer be billed or shipped anything from them.  Last month 4 more 50 lbs buckets of root kill show up, and then later that month another 3 buckets show up.  We recieved a invoice in november for the 4 buckets and then today another shows up for 7 buckets.  I have called and spoke with a MR. JAKE WOODS @ 631-243-5135 and he assures me that this is the last of the shippment that was ordered over 2 years ago......  That was a sample that was ordered......A FREE SAMPLE of 25lbs!!!!  The guy who ordered the sample no-longer works here and, so the first time I called they tried to tell me that our order had been broken by ups and that it was now being put in several small buckets instead of a 55 gal drum.  I informed them that we just ordered the sample not a drum.  This game of phone tag went on for a month or so, with them calling and harassing me and our city clerk for payment on the stuff we didnt order.  SO now I have 350 lbs of this crap that doesnt work anyways sitting in our shop....There will be no payment and if they want it they can come get it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!

I hate these b*****ds telling me UPS damaged a shipment ..I can't take it anymore. Trying to run a business while these a- wholes come along and try to get your hard earned money... they are just like the unidentified fake numbers that call you and try and get your bank info. Who is dumb enough to buy from a "Vendor" that has this many complaints and is obviously trying to get some legitimate business and then the come back from lunch with a hard on. I love this country. But when people like this keep taking advantage it makes the world a world filled with greed and hate. I will never buy from these a wholes ever.... god damn you... stop falling for it and don't buy from these guys whoever does is a complete retard. They do have their address listed on the web site. IRS should shut them down. Please. SOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOS. eat that i hope this page gets flagged by some sick computer and people look into the unfair and unethical business practices ICL uses.

Got a call from Chem Labs today. Tom Young (caller) tried to sell me on weed killer. I told him that I only deal with local suppliers. He said that they had a local supplier in Medford Oregon. I told him that I deal with our local Farmers Co-Op. He did not like my answer, as per his next statement,"Oh, your one of those f**gots", then he hung up on me.  Wow! My felling is hurt, NOT!

They called me 10 times a day. They sent me products I didnt want. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I keep trying to send the product back but no one will talk to me.

SSDD Asked for a sample got 50lbs. of product and an invoice. Figured "my bad", so I paid the invoice. A month later, got a call about the rest of my order being reshipped as it was damaged in shipment the first time. Oh, and there would be another invoice for $150. I said ok, let them ship it, and refused delivery. They haven't contacted me again. Sure hope it cost them a bunch to ship that crap!

A  "Sam" called from this number.  Asked for our maintenance supv. by first name (somehow he had managed to get the name, probably from a previously call.)  Claimed to have our supv.'s cell number and wanted me to give it to him again.  When I refused, he left this number and demanded that our supv. call him back right away.  Google research shows he's from "Industrial Chem Labs", and there are a lot of complaints against them for cold calling and scamming.

Got a call at work asking for our maintenance supervisor (which we don't have)Said we had called them for prices. And yes he was pretty rude on the phone. His name so he told me was Keith Roberts from Industrial Supplies.won't be getting a call back from me that is for sure

We received a product that we never use for our properties. We called to report and return it but they did not take it back. They try to sell for half price. it is amazing they know the people name in the company. They turned rude and won't take back the product.

Industrail Chem Labs & Services called my brother which is a minor stating he purchase some of their products and never paid. This guy name was Tim Phillips or Philip and he did not want to give me a tax I.D. number or anything but laughing and being rude over the phone-- A girl by the name betty pick up the phone -- this is a legal company

On 11/30/2010, a man (I won't say his name because I'm not sure if I'd get in trouble by doing so) called my place of employment (which is an apartment complex) and tried to trick me into agreeing to receive and purchase some drain cleaner, or some sort of related product.  I was onto him because he had contacted me a month previous to that and tried to pressure me into buying an ice melt product.  I refused that ice melt offer and ended that conversation.  I had written his name and phone number down from that first time that he called in October in case he ever tried anything again.  I had a bad feeling about him.  As I had mentioned, on 11/30/10 he called again and lied to me by pretending to be following up on a supposed conversation that we had had in the past about drain cleaner.  We never had any such conversation.  It semed that he was hoping that I'd be familiar with him from the ice melt conversation from many weeks prior and that when he claimed that we had spoken about the drain cleaner in the past, it would seem credible.  It almost worked on me.  He told me that my maintenance supervisor (he knew and used his full name) wanted to buy the drain cleaner, but only needed my approval to ship it out.  He was definitely lying about it.  I confirmed this with my maintenance supervisor, who said that he had never spoken with this person before and had never expressed interest to anyone about buying such a product.  Fortunately, I remembered this guy's name and dug up his info from the last time.  I put a stop to it and called him out on his dishonesty.  After looking online, it seems that the whole company does business like this, and it's not just this one sleazy salesman.  But, this same person actually had the nerve to call me again today (4/5/2011) and try it again.  He actually tried to do the same thing by saying that I had spoken to him about it in the past and had asked him to call me again in April.  Apparently, getting called out on his lie and being yelled at 5 months ago didn't phase him.  I wouldn't be surprised to learn that this is common practice for this man to lie and deceive people into placing orders.  When these salespeople call, they refer to the company as "Industrial Chem".  The phone number he had given me when initially discussing the ice melt is (800) 827-0869.  The company does exist:  "Industrical Chem Lab & Service, Inc." - 55-G Brook Ave, Deep Park, NY 11729

WOW- I went on here to research this company after we received one bucket of their Carpet Cleaner product. The product didn't work but I sent them the check for 243.71. They called back and told my Housekeeping supervisor that the order got damaged in shipping and that they were sending us a replacement since the bucket was only half full, it was completely full by the way. She said fine as long as there is no other charges. They told us no there would be no other charges just the original amount of 243.71. The "replacement" bucket came but there was actually 2 buckets. One of my clerks signed for the order and next day we instructed them not to open until we make sure there is really no bill. Today we receive a bill in the amount of 469.46. My HSK Supervisor attempted to make several calls to them to speak to Keith Roberts with no success. I called gave my name and the name of our LLC. He picks up the phone within seconds we speaker phone him where he tells us the other 2 buckets was the remainder of our order.LIE that the first one was damages LIE and that he gave us a heads up that the 2 other buckets where coming and we had ordered them LIE. He told me his company would not take the product back and the most he could do is eat the shipping cost. I told him he would not be receiving any future payment from us and he refused to take his product back that we did not order. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. I am also going to report them and send them a formal letter from my boss who is a lawyer telling them we will not be paying for this product we didn't order. BAD BAD BUSINESS!!

This company is a JOKE.  Called with the same lies about our Maintenance Man requested information on a card, but they did not have his name.  After much discussion I told the salesman, Keith Roberts,
he could send some "written literature".   A bucket of chemical shows up, wrong address, UPS insists
it's for us.  Had to spend over $26.00 of my own money to send this crap back to them by UPS,
because I stupidly signed for it, not knowing what it was or who it was from.  LESSON LEARNED.
Do NOT EVEN TALK TO THESE CROOKS.  When I called them, the salesman said I ORDERED
that stuff, and I DID NOT.   They are liars and crooks.  Complaints with BBB and NY State
Attorney General have been filed.  BEWARE!!!!!!!
