Maybe someone who is getting these calls from Weltman should visit Mr. David Head at his residence.....address above!!!!!!!  What Fun!!!!!  Or, send him a gift or something really special.

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get these calls to stop?
These jerks have been harassing my husband's grandmother since January. Every time I call the number they give, it tells me the number I've dialed is no longer in service. The phone company says there's nothing they can do to help me with this.

I have gotten a call from this number 1-2 times a day since I got my phone number about 3 months ago. Tried to call the 877-204-2066 number to tell them to stop calling me but the menu was in Spanish! WTH?

Office Managing Attorney: David Head

This is a very large law firm in Cleveland, Ohio.  I am trying to figure out why they are calling me.  Did you ever watch the TV show ANGEL, with the evil law firm, Wolfram & Hart??????  Well, that is the reputation of this law firm.  I live outside of Cleveland.  Nasty people.  Demons walk the halls.

I am constantly getting these idiotic debt collectors calling for someone else.  They have to be calling anyone with live telephone service.  I got seven of these calls before eleven a.m..  I have reported this number to the FTC along with fifteen other collectors using hundreds of different spoofed numbers on the Caller ID.  It is past time a law with teeth was implemented that stopped these harassing calls.  It is beyond the point of ridiculous.  Ever wonder if Congressmen get these calls?  No way, guaranteed "no call" numbers.  When the next Congressional election comes along, write in Debt Collectors as your vote.

They are dialing random numbers in hopes of hitting the jackpot.  Some people who do not owe any money sometimes pay them to get them to stop calling.  Robo calls are not legal.  If they leave the name of who they are wanting to talk with on an answering machine (an invasion of privacy) notify the FTC @ftc.gov. and complain to your state attorney general's office.

A collection agency by law after the first phone call to you is supposed to send you the information on your debt.  If they don't, do not deal with them.  If they persist, get an attorney.  Take pictures of the caller ID on your phone for a record.  Write down everything they say to give to your attorney.  If you win the case, you collect a thousand from them!  Also, make a complaint to the FTC @ftc.gov.

If I supposedly owe on a bill to them. Why can't they send me a paper bill in the mail, so I can see what bill is for, and how much I really owe them.  Not call 10 times a day.

I'm getting the same call with a number to call if you are not the person mentioned in the recording.  I've been getting it every weekday for about a week.

This is a collection agency.  I get it all the time for bk clients.  I have yet to ascertain which agency but I believe they are working for the IRS (uncertain).  The message they leave is that "if you are not (name) then call (number) to be taken off the call list."  I will not take the time to make that phone call as I have far too many phone calls to make as it is.

They've called 8 times since 8:44 am today, and it's only 2:44.

This is an unwanted phone call. They call every day twice.
I am already at "do not call list".

It's just another bottom-feeding collection agency. Total scam!
