They want to update your listing...and add your charge card to their list of people they've already scammed.  Website is usdirectory.com according to the foreign-accented person who called.  Looks like yellow pages but don't fall for it.

I also receive several calls from this number on my business line and This is absolutely scam. This people are trying to abstract money out from you. BEWARE..!!

I have been getting calls from them also. The one time I did pick up a lady gave me all this info about my business. Then she asked me for my credit card number, so I could pay a monthly five dollar fee to have my information be put on yellow pages and Google. I told her I was not comfortable with doing that, Which she assured me it was safe. I still did not give her my card number and said I needed to do more research on the "US Directory" to see if it was legit. After back and forth of why I should do it she finally gave up and agreed. Then 2 minutes later I get a phone call from them again.

The company is US Directory.com and the website is http://www.usdirectory.com  They are selling internet listings.  Hang up!

Buildings are quite expensive and not every person is able to buy it. However, business loans was invented to aid people in such kind of hard situations.

I spoke to a very nice man named Michael Davis who was trying to get me to pay $5 a month to have my information listed with USdirectory.com, telling me that it will also bring my company name up in top search results on google, yahoo, etc. I told him I needed to check it out on my own first. He sounded a little disappointed and tried to prove to me that he was legitimate while on the phone and searching the internet at the same time, but I really didn't want to be rushed. I asked him if he worked on commission and he sheepishly admitted that he did, with a little laugh, which is why he wanted me to sign up with him instead of doing it online. I've checked it out, it all seems legitimate, it sounds good for my business, I'm going to call him back and give him the commission as the deal includes no cancellation fees, so i figure why not give it a shot :)

They're from US DIRECTORY and call to update your information. Yes, it's a legitimate website (yellow pages). But the lady was annoying.

She did not answer my question about how she got my information, but I told her to delete some of it. She said the listing was complimentary and also tried selling me their upgraded listing. She kept talking about it and I was like, "I do NOT want to pay... I'm not paying anything, right??" And she was a little rude and said of course not; it's complimentary. She kept going on and on with her script that seemed to last an hour. She said, "What's $5.25 when you get many clients?" I repeated, "I DON'T WANT TO PAY ANYTHING RIGHT NOW." I asked again how she even got all my information and she quickly said, "Thank you. Have a nice day." *HANGS UP* Completely rude... it made me even more mad that I sat through her entire script. I only did that because I wanted her to delete some information from the website.

THEY STOP CALLING WHEN I ASK FOR THE DNC LIST, THEY ARE SO KIND, IF YOURE NO T INTERESTED JUST TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING AND THEY RESPOND PROMTLY AND POLITE...

THATS IMPOSIBLE CUZ THATS THE NUMBER OF MY CUSTUMER SERVICES FROM MY PUBLICITY ONLINE AND THEY DONT CALL ANY ONE, THEY HAVE ANOTHER NUMBER FOR OUTBOUND CALLS... SO THATS A LIAR!

hey, i just found out that they have been taking my money...79.95 per month! right out of my checking account.  they don't have my name, address, phone number routing or banking account...but it's coming out from them!  FRAUDS!  yes, i am bad for not checking my statements, but this is outragous.  going to the police today!  they can't help me when i call them...cause they have no info on me!  i have no clue how they got my banking info.  im mad at myself for not checking my account, but really freaked out on how they got my info.

They just called me and gave me a spiel about being a verizon customer, and listing my # and Company on the yellow pages.  The woman I spoke with could hardly speak english, and after I declined their offer to list me on all of the search engines for %.00 per month, I was told they would block my company from the internet. Who should I contact about these dirtbags.

Same exact thing...  They call, I answer, they hang up.  I hate this!

Called today at 11:51am, Tuesday, October 7.  Caller did not say a word, but did not hang up either.  After saying "hello" several times I finally hung up myself.

We get calls everyday from this number with a hang-up.  I called the number today, it is for US Directory. The CS rep, Rein, said she would put our number on the Do Not Call List, which is updated weekly.  She asked for business name and address.  We'll see what happens in a week.

Imagine having a business with multiple lines and this number calls you on every line at the exact same time. I've never been harassed to this degree before by ANY telemarketer. I threatened a harassment lawsuit if they did not remove our business from the list. That was over a month ago and still like clockwork we get these calls. We're hoping the investigation with Do Not Call.gov will rectify this pesky problem.

They keep calling me everyday. Just non-stop calling. when you try to answer it, the answering system talks to you.

yeah, today they called 6 times. 6 TIMES!! I answered and he spoke. but, just 2 days ago, I told them to take me off there list!! but looks like so far not done it yet. when they began to call monday, I called them back cause when i answered they hung up. so i called and got someone to talk to, asked to speak to their manager, well he was in a meeting. you can't get any where with them, and I told them I'd NEVER do any kind of buisness with them if they act like this, it is just a PEST! so, i told them it keeps up the bbb is going to be called on them!!!!!

The LLC is called Xacti, and you can speak to someone at the main office in Boca Raton.  561-989-7400.  I have asked them several times to remove our business number from their call list, but they just keep calling.  You can ask to speak with Adam Hersh or Fred Middleton - managers there.

im new in the business and trying to establish some advertising. and here they come calling from "usdirectory.com" and i tried to listen to the agent because i know that he is just doing his job and it was good the offer that they have is good for me so i wanted to give it a shot, but i dont have any money to set up my account, and here comes the supervisor, i was telling them to call me back in a month or two to set that up, but they are insisting to activate the listing that day! i want the service but for that hard selling techniques, i guess im gonna look for other company.
