Hub Healthy (aka Fitness Hub, My Trainer, NBS Lookfit Mover) is actually Fitfactory.com. I called my cc company who patched me in for a 3-way conversation with a CSR for Fit Factory. I didn't receive a phone call from them, though. I also got scammed b/c I ordered zone bars from Got Body, who my mom has ordered from for years. I don't understand how the Fit Factory company can stay in business and not face legal action. The CSR was nice enough, but it was all smooth talking. He gave me a confirmation # for the cancellation and a partial refund. He negotiated with me to see how much it would take to shut me up. (Apparently it takes about 80%.) I had to give my information to a company that I was already feeling was untrustworthy. There are so many complaints online about all these names. They are scamming people right and left. I called Got Body also to tell them I would be too scared in the future to purchase from them and they told me they have an agreement that they can give you a full refund. It happens because you have to opt out. That is, you have to UNCHECK a box on your confirmation page. Got Body must stop doing business with them. Fitness Factory CS is 866 407 1022.

I signed up for a free trial offer of Bromalite in January 2009. I received the trial and did not like it. I began receiving monthly shipments in May. I was charged $29.95 each month for June thru Sept. Each charge was under a different name: IWXWWW.MYSHIPMYWAY.COM 866-278-5361, FITNESSHUB 800-881-9424, and MYTRAINER 800-485-5175. All go back to same call center. The operator agreed to refund one charge and have a supervisor call back within 24 hours to talk about other charges. I insisted on speaking with a supervisor immediately. I was placed on hold and a supervisor eventually took my call. He agreed to refund all charges and cancel account. They obtained my account info when I signed up for the free sample and gave my info. to cover the shipping fees. I don't believe a reputable company needs to use a different company name each month when they charge a customer.

I just called them and they said it was an error from the fitness newsletter from when I ordered the ResV acai berry supplemant. i canceled my trial but the newsletter fee still went through. she was very nice in refunding my money

I purchased a recovery powder product from GotBody.com and received a little extra after that on a monthly basis - a new charge from FitnessHub on my CR card for $29.95! I contacted my CR card company and contested the charges.  I did NOT click on any other "Free" or "Trial" links.  I always avoid them.  I will not bother contacting the fraudulent company FitnessHub.  I don't care what they have to say (and don't want same run-around others have received).

I just noted a charge on my checking account for $1.17. I haven't called my bank yet, but am not happy after reading these comments as well as others online. Has anyone had ANY success, other than cancelling their debit/credit card? I never received a call either, though I had ordered ACAI in the past. However, after I figured out what a SCAM it all was, I cancelled EVERYTHING!

8008819424FITNESSHUB LAS VEGAS NV - charged my account $1.17 - called the phone number to ask what this is about - they wanted a number that was emailed to me.  I cancelled my credit card and will have to file a dispute with with the credit card company.  I know it is a small amount but if you dont cancel the card - they can continue to charge.

This charge appeared on my credit card after I ordered some Acai and NatraPure.  Plan on calling today to cancel whatever SCAM I must have come across while ordering these products!  I never received a call from whomever this is and have never received an e-mail from them either.  It looks like some people were told it's an online weight loss program.  I'm tired of these scams!

I also received charges to my checking account for $39.95.  I called the number and they said that at the time I ordered a fitness product (for an unbelievably LOW price of $3.99) the fine print said that I had agreed to be charged $39.95 a month for an online fitness program, blah, blah, blah.
I promptly cancelled this.

No call that I know of but our credit card has been charged for Sept, Oct and Nov. for 29.95 and 2.97.  WE DID NOT ORDER FROM GOTBODY!!!   This company has been reported to our credit card company and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else that will listen.  This is a SCAM.  Close your account and change your account number, we did!!!

I just saw the same charges on my card for 2 months and I disctinctly remember telling the person for bromocleanse NO 3 times maybe 4 that I am not interested in anything except the bromocleanse. I got the money back but this is illegal...the telemarketer is doing this for thier commission...best advise...go to walmart and buy what you want. no online offers or calls into a phone number. they are scammers.

This company operates under several names - Lifstyle Fit, Fitness Hub, Fit Factory, My Trainer, etc.  After purchasing nutrition bars from GotBody.com in April 2009, I began to get billed each month for $29.95 for various fitness services. The date of the month would change as would the name of the business (LifstyleFit, Fitness Hub, Fit Factory, MyTrainer) so it took a while before I noticed this. After doing an internet search, I found many complaints from other people who had been fraudulently charged. I called and was told they would cancel my "membership" and refund a credit. One week ago I did receive a credit, but it was only for $29.95 not the full 5 months of charges as promised.  When I called to inquire, I was told that the first credit of $29.95 was a "normal" transaction and that's why it showed up so fast. The remaining four were a "manual" transaction which would take longer. Give me a break. If they can issue one creidt for $29.95 why not do all 5 and be done with it? Based on the huge number of complaints I found on this company, I feel this is a delay tactic meant to hang on to my money as long as possible. This is blatant fraud - I never signed up for any monthly service and I'm astounded that they can get away with this scam.  I just filed a dispute with VISA and launched a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I just learned that we are experiencing the same problem as others of you below.  Received our credit bill today, my husband asked me if I had made a charge to MYTRAINER?  I said no, not that I remember.  So I check my bills and found nothing.  After Google and reading all of your messages, I immediately called the 800-485-5175 out of CA listed on my credit card.  Last month it was 800-881-9424, NV I spoke with a representative, who tried to tell me I had purchased a subscription of supplements and a Fitness Factory Membership, which he tried to explain to me.  I told him no, I did not and that I wanted these charges to be re-credited back onto my account and cancel all claims of this membership for this program.  I asked for a confirmation and he gave one to me.  I then told him I wanted to talk with his manager for cancellation of this $29.95 and any membership immediately.  He then put me through to his supervisor, I went through the same conversation confirming this all be re-credited back to my account and stop any membership.  They told me they would re-credit my account for the two months of $29.95 within 10 business days?

Interesting thing about all of this, they never mention their ?name of their company?, just ?customer service?.  

Charges, we noticed as we went back.  And they changed the name each month so you don?t notice it.

My husband called our credit card company to file a complaint, to only find out from our credit card company that these folks have been charging this same $29.95 for the pas 5 months!  Thank goodness our credit card is going to fight this with this ?company? directly and try and get the other three months back in addition to our two months we just discovered.

Long of this story, check those credit cards, and don?t take for granted just because is says something you may be familiar with, because it may not really be a charge you made??

I also today received a $29.95 charge on bank...say's MYTRAINER called the 800 number and they wanted my first and last name....then they wanted an account number and I said I don't have one because I have only a charge and don't know why? They contined to ask for more peraonal info like an address....I refused as I said if you have my name then you must have my address....she refused to continue but transfer me to a supervisor I waited 15 min on hold finally someone came on and said she will need my address to verify I said NO I AM NOT giving you anymore personal info I will contact my bank and file a compliant as this is FRAUD...she continued to say she just needs to verify that the system will not go further withiut this info...I hung up!! Calling bank....do not give your info!!! Good Luck!

I called 800 485 5176 and got a full refund, after disputing a 2.97 recurring charge from costcrasher and a 29.95 recurring charge from MyTrainer, neither of which I knew anything about.  I assume it came from a Gotbody.com order of granola bars.  AVOID THIS COMPANY.

One thing to be careful of--I told my Discover Card to cancel my card and issue a new one so they would not be able to keep billing. I figured that woudl be easier than arguing wiht the billing company MyTrainer.  I was surprised to hear that the online recurring bill can FOLLOW to the new card number, and if you don't have a credit card at all, they can use it to run up a charge and send it to a collection agency that can muck up your credit. So, like it or not, you HAVE to go through the billing company to fix this.  They were actually fairly nice, but now I am wary of buying anything online that's not from an established dealer like Amazon.

I too recieved charges on two different bank statements $29.95.  One of the names on my statement is "My Trainer" and the other one is "Fitness UB."  I called my bank to inform them of fraudulent charges on my account.  I had a toll free number on my statement but they gave me a direct number to the company. 1-800-407-1022- They told me call and let these people know that I did not order these services. Yes, these people do have all my information because in Feb I ordred the Bromaline tablets.  It was suppose to be free except for the $3.00 shipping and handling. Well, 30 days later I noticed a charge on my statement. I called them back to cancel because if you don't they will keep billing you every month and keep sending another bottle of pills. Well, the account was cancelled but as I was told by a supervisor at "Fit Factory" I was also signed up for hosting fees which I knew nothing about and e-mails she says I should have recieved which I never recieved. I have been promised by a supervisor that charges will be refunded but be careful when ordering these fat burner products.  They are only the beginning of many problems to come.  Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

Warning:  Do not order the free BromoCleanse unless you read the 12 day return on their web page.  You get a 30 day supply, to try and return within 12 days, and if you miss you get charged 79.95.  Their web page has many hidden products that have to be unchecked before sending in the order, or you get charged for them. I missed unchecking one and got charged for it also.

I too placed a legitimate order with GOTBODY.COM on 9/16/09. I had no complaint until I noticed an unauthorized charge from MYTRAINER, dated 10/1/09, for $29.95 on my credit card. I contacted my credit card, and we called 1-800-485-5175, which was part of the info on the credit card charge. And yes, they had all my personal info and an account in my name.

Although the charge was dated 10/1, it was placed after a "2-week free trial", which began on 9/16. I thought this was an interesting coincidence, given the GOTBODY.COM order.

They readily agreed to reverse the charge, and, given all of the similar experiences others have described, I have every intention of informing GOTBODY.COM that they won't be receiving anymore orders from me in the future.

Called the 800 number and finally got a supervisior who argued quite a bit that I had ordered this membership or gotten a free trial from a website.
I absolutely did not click on or agree to anything.  She said they also sent a confirmation email. NO!!!!

I told her I had all my emails from the past several months and had no confirmation email.  She was adamant that they weren't committing fraud and I had had to agree to something.
They agreed to refund two of the three charges.
I said it was all three or I would just call my bank fraud dept., the Better Business Bureau and the police.

They finally agreed to refund all three and did!
