Don't send these people money; the 'Yellow Pages' name and LOGO are NOT trademarked and scammers use it to scare you into sending them money.  These people are liars and cheaters; they don't have anything from me but they claim that I singed up - BS.

A not so nice lady keeps calling me from AT&T.  We are all paid, she says we are not.  I keep asking for a breakdown of our bill as she cannot tell me what payment was missed.  She cannot be bothered to send one, just keeps calling.  Like I'm really just gonna stroke a check on her say so?  I've stopped answering their calls.  Very poor return on investment too.

I never had an ad in their phonebook.  But they are calling.  Didn't know that they still publish a phone book.

This is YP Advertising (formerly AT&T). I usually pay our business' bills, but I was out sick for several weeks. Evidently this one got missed in the shuffle. A rep called from this 800 number to ask for Accounts Payable, because we'd missed a payment.

Honestly!  Trying to collect $20 in late fees from 2-3 years ago???  Are they that out of touch with the economy??  Customers are paying late and businesses are not able to get late fees from customers.  I don't even try to collect late fees from my customers since this would ruin my relationship with them & I realize how bad the economy is.   I would think they could just write this off.  It is costing them much more in salary, postage & my patience than it is worth.  If they continue to harass me I will greatly reduce their next book that is coming up soon.  That will cost much more than the $20 they are trying to get.  Dismiss late fees like the rest of us!

My phone number does not belong to this business they have listed. I am single mother who recently moved here. They keep calling my home asking for Jack. This number is my home number. I keep telling them not to call me. I don't know anyone with the name Jack. When will they stop bothering me??? I don't want to be forced to change my phone number.

This is actually a collection agency called First Collection Services in Mabelvale, AR. They say they are AT&T Advertising Solutions, they most certainly are not! They even told me they were in the same building as AT&T although AT&T is in Illinois, wow, thats a big building! I paid AT&T directly and bypassed these jerks from getting their commission! If you are not aware, it is illegal for a collection agency to misrepresent themselves, you are also not required to pay a debt through a collection agency, you can pay the debt directly to whom it was owed originally and stiff these jerks. I agree that you should stay away from AT&T Advertising Solutions they dont deliver on their promises and turn you over to these guys in a heartbeat. It seems that is the only thing they actually made an effort to do.

ATT Advertising Solutions is nothing more than a rip-off. Sky high rates and promises of awesome customer response. They called me a year ago with a slick sales pitch and a money back guarantee if I didnt receive 60 clicks a month to my website. I got reports monthly and quarterly ( of course THEY compile the reports) the monthly report would always show I had right at 60 ( convenient right? ) but the quarterly report showed that by the last one (4th) quarter I  only had 110 clicks for the year. I have already paid $2,200.00 and the report clearly shows that they did not fulfill their end of the bargain. But guess what? letter from a collection agency and daily calls to collect the last $600.00 they say I owe them. I have tried to work with them to explain why they shouldnt be paying me back but of course that goes nowhere. Stay away from them, they are not good for your business! They will promise results and not deliver. They are for themselves and their wallets. BTW I did numerous Google searches for my company and they never came up. I called and asked why this was and they always had some cheesy excuse of system maintenance or whatever. Stay away, they are liars, cheaters, and thieves!!!!!

I paid AT&T Yellowpages for a one year ad up front.  I also hand delivered a cancellation letter with two months remaining.  Then they try to tell me that my account contract was to continue until Nov. 2011 per AT&T policy.  I laughed at this and told them no mention of this had been made.  I've told at least 10 callers trying to collect not to call again.  AT&T is trying to collect money I don't owe them.  I've ask them to show me the signed contract with my signature on it,  showing anything other than a prepaid one year contract, none has been produced as of yet.  I did the contract thing with them over the phone recording me.  No mention was ever made of this going beyond a year.  They are running a crooked business in my legal opinion, and may get a call from my attorney if this continues.  I'd even requested that the whole thing be cancelled within a week of agreeing with it.  They told me the sales lady wasn't there any more and nobody else called or helped me with it.  I've not had a single call from the web ad they ran.

I signed up with AT&T yellow pages (print and online) in 2005. Since then the only calls I have ever gotten is AT&T calling to harass me for being late on my payment. They call EVERY day sometimes several times a day.  And I seriously have not gotten a SINGLE call from this awful advertising. I am a struggling construction company and I can afford to pay them.  Now take your worthless advertising and.....

I signed up on the ATT site for a free Web listing. I had some idea that ATT would allow a free listing, like other Web-based companies like Yelp. But then they called me at a vulnerable time in the morning to pitch a paid print ad. I thought, "Well, I guess grown-up businesses really do still advertise, and this is what I need to get off the ground." The salesperson seemed to have some confidence in my and my business that I never considered. (He stroked my ego.) They got me on a voice-verification contract over the phone, again, while I was high or something. He said it was pending a credit check, which I'm sure never happened. Over email the next day I said I had to cancel because it was unrealistic to be paying more per month in advertising than my rent.  The salesperson won't tell you the secret hoop you need to jump through to cancel.  He wrote a cheaper plan that I never approved and which went to print 3 months later. The directory came out in December. I was shocked when my first potential customer actually called in February. Being unaccustomed to answering business calls, the caller got confused and hung up on me. It's a cell number, and it's my only phone for personal use and 3 businesses, so I can't answer with a business greeting. There's a reason I like new clients to contact me by email.  Now I'm thinking of changing my number.

Their sales people contacted me thru my advertsing and claimed that they could do much better than the service I was using. They claimed that I would get 30 calls a week. At first the wanted to charge me 170 dollars a month, then they went down to 70 dollars a month. After the first bill the sent me and not getting a single call, I told them that their contract is null and void. Then, later I complained to their sales person, his reply was one job could pay for the advertising. I gave him an F for fired. Now their debt collector called me whom I hung up on.

We used AT&T Yellow pages but the amount was ridiculious . I found another yellow page book and the amount was far less. When I told At&T we were not interested this year; they then double teamed me. They came by the office over and over again. 2 of them. I told them I would tell my boss each new offer, which I did. They then accused me of NOT telling my boss. I was floored. I told my boss this and said I don't we should ever ever advertise with them again. We really don't need yellowpages because most of our clients are by word of mouth. I tried over and over to explain this the the reps but they just wouldn't listen. The rudness of these people are really overwhelming. They harrassed for about 2 months trying to get my boss to change his mind. They contiually call trying to sell. I have more importatnt phone calls to take than from them.

AT&T Advertising Solutions are a bunch of thieves. They are slick in getting you to renew a add even when you had actually canceled the damn thing to begin with. They turned me over to a collection agency in Arkansas a threat of legal action over a stupid  $101.00 that I still own and fully intend to pay when I get the money. The AT&T Yellow pages people are a sick joke for advertising that does not work. I don't know how the fools sleep at night for the way they treat their so called customers. I would not ever admit that I ever work for AT&T Yellow Pages to anyone. The world is fullof very stupid people. The reason a person is working for AT&T Yellow Pages is because they can't get a real job anywhere else. I job for stupid people.
They are a bunch of rude people with out a cause or a home.

ATT are a bunch of scum bags.  They lie to you to get you to advertise with false projections, and when you get behind they call you and harass you.  They don't realize that the reason you are behind is because they charge so much for a yellow pages listing, tieing up funds that could otherwise be spent elsewhere, with a HORRIBLE return on investment.  Dirt bags.

It's AT&T Yellowpages!  They keep calling for payment on their yellowpage ads.  I may be a month or two behind, but I send what I can because of the economy and my business is over 50% down.  I tell them I will send what I can when I get it, and they still insist on calling/harassing for their payment.  Take note:  Do not do business with them if you may ever get behind, they are relentless!!!  They should go after customers who are 3 months or more behind and refuse to pay.
