A Mr. G. with Davis Rothstein left a message on mother and fathers voicemail stating that he was trying to contact my father in response to some sort of file forwarding update information regarding my husband so I immediately asked my father if he had any idea to what the call was about and when he had no clue I decided to look the company up and found this. Thank goodness there are sites where people can let others know about idiot thieves & scam artists.

I know what you got because I received a phone call of a man named Allen jacobs claiming to be of HARRIS,Rothstein,& Associates who was to send a comlaint against me to my county.Fortunately,I called my attorney and explained the whole thing to Him.When He googled the phone number he told me it's a scam that its a mediation firm not a debt collector and didn't say of what he really is above. It is in Niagra Falls ,N.Y. & the address is 1507 pine street.I was phoned,not served in which I received nothing from the mail from them.I then,reported to the FTC of this person online & made a complaint about it.

This number called me yesterday, said she was with "Davis and Rothstein & Associates....claiming I took out a loan from Cash Jar over 3 years ago....and stated they needed my attorney information....then stated...she was recommending turning this back over to the client...I paid this off...this isn't the only phone call I have received from "Cash Jar"....this is a scam   for a loan of over 3 years ago..of which I paid already.
She stated in the message she left that they would turn over to my county,...I haven't received any paperwork....generally for a bad check...you are served, not phoned...and I have never received any information thru the mail..they called twice yesterday...and here it is 8:30 am and they called again...
