These people called me at 7:00am... That's against the law here in california. The law says they can't call before 8am and after 9pm..
I have their number saved on my caller I'd s proof of their violation... I should send then a bill/demand letter asking for $1,000 for violation of the california fair debt collects practices act.
Or if a few or us get together and file a federal class action again them..... Anyone interested in sharing their story with me email me...

This number repeatedly calls for the wrong person and says they will remove my number from the name then calls me back a few hours later, then again a few hours later. Although it is not only this number. But this particular number calls me at least 3 to 4 times a day. Calls me Saturday and Sunday. The person they are looking for speaks Spanish and may owe plenty of money for its not the only agency but I'm not the person they are looking for. If I don't pick up the calls I then get a call from an unknown number a few minutes later. Sometimes they will call me twice in the same hour. I've threatened to sue them for not removing my number. If I get one more call I will love to join a class action law suit? Can it be nationally or just by individual state?

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone and have no idea who it is or what they want because they didn't leave a message! I refuse to answer numbers I don't recognize.

I get calls on my cell 3, 4, 5 times a day. No one is ever there, no one picks up when I call back. I don't have a fingerhut account. This is a new cell # for me and I'm considering getting a different # just to get away from them.

this 8009254132 number has been calling me everyday so far, i wasnt answering at first cause i figured it was just a telemarketer. But then the number started calling more often more than once a day so i answered it but then i was told to hold cause they had no available representatives! i was like wtf! seriously so i hung up. they called again and finally got through to someone this woman just blurts out the name "carina" (who is a girl ive been getting calls for since i switched carriers and got a new number) and i told the woman this is no longer her number and that i do not know the person they are asking for.  This only means they will be calling back...no doubts there.

Same with me! it is driving me NUTS. they have a hold of my companys number and call every single day. this is ridiculous!!

This is the "Spanish Collections Line" for Fingerhut.

This company calls seven days a week, including Sundays.  They call at 7:00 AM through 10:00 PM.  They call several times a day, do not introduce themselves or what company they represent.  The person hangs up when I ask for this information.  The account is in my mother's name, but I handle her finances; thus they have my cellular number.

The call isn't for me. I've told them this everyday for a week. They call me more now than they did before. They never introduce themselves. I have to wait to even speak to anyone because a computer is calling me on Automatic voice before a rep is on the phone. I'll wait and then they ask for the person without introducing themselves which is illegal. If it is a debt collector they will tell you the conversation is being recorded. Often times they begin speaking Spanish and I do not understand them. I've asked to have them remove my number several times although that has made them call me more and if I do not answer I get a call from an unknown number. I asked the woman her name and she said Kari. If they call again I will be reporting them. I've been getting calls from this number for several weeks. It only started mentioning Fingerhut recently. Most of the time I don't answer; no message is ever left. When I have answered, most of the time it says to hold for an available agent and then almost immediately says that all agents are busy and the call ends. WTF!! Whoever is doing this is out of control and needs to be stopped.
