I didn't receive a phone call, the number just showed up on my bank statement with a 20.21 charge that I did not make. When I called the number the girl who answered said that it was a support line for an adult web-site and actually had the nerve to ask for my credit card number to verify my purchase. When I asked for more information and refused to give the number, she hung up on me. Does anyone have info?

Hello,i saw my visa statements today and found this charge for about 4months now.I looked up the name and here i am,also billed by DISCGP!i also got billed by ARENTAL.ESP,a car rental company in spain ,but,i live in Belgium and never even went to spain!!!And the third name is BILLERHELP.COM,they charged me for 3 more adult websites!!I am member of a consument-organisation called TEST-AANKOOP and i wil give them a ring about this for some legal advise.this also started after signing up for a 'safe'download-site.when i recieve the info about what can be done legally i will come back to all you people,maybe we can do something about this toghether,i don't know about you guy's and girl's,but i work hard for my money and don't like it if they try to ripp me off!!!!k.

i know in the U.S. they have Attorney general but maybe in other coutries might have them, I never contacted them, maybe they can help you if there in your country. I don't know how they work, if they charge or not but i doubt it i read somewhere if your scam you can contact them

try to email the company do not call them and use your money, if they are not help talk to your pay method company like a bank or credit card company and complain, they will be more helpful

Hello, tonight I was scammed by the same websites; megadownloadpass.com, discountvideopass.com, vipbookmark.com ... and all point to http://www.megadownloadpass.com/ .  I called the 888-462-7966 and explained my problem of paying with credit card for a software, but was only given Hardcore Porn wedbites!  Royal Billing is a 3rd party billing service = 888-462-7966.  The phone agent confirmed that I was refunded my money and no extra charges will be applied.  Very cool I saw your post. I also reported my complaint to IC3.gov .  Who knows what will happen now?  Thank you for your post, because I have never heard of 'Royal Billing' is a 3rd party billing service.

I,ve got the same problem! I live in Holland and signed me up for a 'safe and legally' film downloading site.. The site doesn't excist anymore and ever since I've been charged from my creditcardaccount different amounts froms different company names even from out different countries where I even never been! They have been operating under names as DISCGP 18009341875 ESP and ASIANC and INFORMSC and more. All together I've been charged about 300 euro's! It is insane, and for what! I've been stalked by pornmails ever since and changed my emailaccount! I blocked my creditcard and still they took money from account this week, does anybody reconize this? Well they got me also.  I called 888-462-7966 which is a credit card payment clearing house and got over $200 refunded.  They told me they were porn sites.  I told the guy that if I wanted to download porn, why would I pay for it when it is free?  The guy was very helpfull.  More importantly ... LOOK AT YOUR STATEMENTS !!!!!  They had me for 4 months before I saw it.
