they wont stop calling! recording says this is the last time they will call if i dont act now. Ive had 50 last opportunities in the past two weeks! if you press 2 to be dropped off the call list, they lie! so i press 1 to speak to a representative, when i complain the loser on the other end just hangs up. what a bunch of low life scum!

Getting calls from these guys on my cellphone now for the first time.  Just registered that number on the National Do Not Call registry.  Hoping that helps (even if it takes another 30 days for it to fully take effect).

Why do bums like this keep calling my cell #. It is not listed in a directory and picking up on a call costs $. Therefore I never answer if number lokks suspicious.
When you try to find out who the caller is all you get from reverse lookups is for $29.95 we will tell you the identity of this caller.Could the teleharassers & reverse lookups be working together to defraud the unwary?
I suspect if the idiots bothered a Representmenot or Senator, they would be put out of fraudulent business in a hurry!

Got a call and a voice mail message from 800-942-5795.  They call at home and on the cell phones.  I tried to call back and keep getting a recording that this number is not in service.

They don't leave a message....and the number is unable to be called back to find out the hell it is!  All you get is a recording that the number is not in service.

I have recieved about 10 calls in the past two days from this number. Says the it's not a working number if you try to call it back. Spoke to "CJ" today. Also, got a call from 605-393-9811 with the same recording, and spoke to "Jennifer". I have got about five "second notices" from them.

these idiots are trashing the use of my cell phone. i have not talked to one person who has Not received calls for this insurance warranty fraud. the government needs to step in and do something about it. You can call the FTC to report this and the other numbers just like it to "1-877-438-4338". i've called this myself and it IS the government and they KNOW it's a fraud. they just dont seem to able to catch the people doing it. the numbers vary on a day to day basis.

Got a call from this number about an hour after I got yet another call from 256-659-6931, which is another telemarketing number. Stop calling me!

i got a call from them today around 3PM EDT. I tried calling back and it was busy.. i just called back again and it said it was disconnected.  I have gotten calls about my auto warranty expiring.  it's so annoying!

I just sent a complaint to the Do Not Call registery, I would suggest anyone who has received these calls, do the same.

called on a private cell phone number, automated call in early afternoon today, saying my car warranty was due to run out and this was my last chance to do something about it by pressing 1.  Needless to say, I had no interest in the scam but wanted to figure out who was calling me.  The number when I called it says it's not in service, but it sure was as of this afternoon.  Got another call tonight from (630)485-2699, with identical pitch.  This time I got a live person (by dialing 1) who did not answer my questions satisfactorily and ignored my answers to her questions.  She failed to put me through to a supervisor as I requested.  I HOPE I am off their call list, but am not certain.  I had not received any calls like this until I started using (at the suggestion of our company) 800-466-4411 for directory assistance.  Wonder if my number is being sold to telemarketers by that entity.  That's my next thing to check on.  What a pain.

This number has called my cell phone 3 to 4 times a week for over 3 months. A automated voice starts to speak, talking about Car Warrenty. I would push #2 to remove me from their list and they continue to call. I pushed #1 2 weeks ago and spoke to a female and ask her why they wre calling me about a Car Warrenty? She told me I called her, in which I did not. I told her I do not need or want a car warrenty what so ever and to stop calling and told her that I have pushed #2 several times and becoming fed up, she ask me for my name< # and address. I told her I didn't need to give my info to her. I also told her since they called me I should be in their system, cause they called me! Then just now, about 5 minutes ago, they called again and I spoke to a guy this time, he said he was the supervisor. But he said his name before I said that they need to stop calling me, his name is Rob__? This time he had my number and asked me if my # was --- --- ---- and I said yes and then he hung up, didn't say if he would remove my # or whatever. In which I know he did not remove it from their system. I am really FED UP! I am on the do not call list & I don't give my # out over the Internet or mail or to people I don't know! Do not Call List is a bunch of BULL!

When this number appeared on my Caller ID, I lifted the handset and immediately placed it back in the cradel.  I suspect that it was a telemarker, and I'm learned from experience, if the person or predictive dialer calling hears a voice, it will confirm that the number they called is a working line, and then my number gets flagged for future unwanted telemarketing calls.

Most of the time it just rings and disconnects before I can answer, I guess because I have a ringback tone, but this time I answered, and I got a lot of static and then was disconnected.

That same number just called me about lowering my interest rate on my current credit card to as little as pennies on the dollar...the funny part is I don't have any credit cards. I pushed one for a live operator and a I got some Lauren and I told her that I had asked her company to stop calling me several times...before I could even get that all out she hung up the phone...I am really getting tired of these calls, do you know where we go to report these calls? I understand it is a job for some of these people but let's get real...there are better ways to put bread on the table other than harassing people and scamming them.

Just answered a call on my cell from (800)942-5795 only to have the other end hang up on me. I am not willing to waste my cell phone minutes calling the number back so I was glad to find this site when I searched on the number. I use a Samsung cell phone, which has an option to "reject' certain numbers, so I will be adding this number to my rapidly increasing list. Once again, glad for the input from previous users. Robo dialed call. Auto insurance scam. What can be done?

call from 800-942-5795 just now. I didn't answer. these "auto insurance calls" are starting to use 800 numbers now, instead of just out of state ones.

Just got a call 5 mins ago from 800-942-5795 and when I called back it said the number was diconnected???

I asked them the name of there company and they said it was Loan Modification Services so if they are a loan company and someone else on here said they told them they are a Vehicle Warranty what are they really but if you stop and think about it a car and a house almost cost the same so they must want both ends of it no matter what they are still a Spam caller but they do know your name and I wonder if they can hack in your phone like they are doing to our computers and get our info I do think a phone should have away to block calls like this and if we report them something should be done with them like take there phone away from them but they do reroute there call so if they can do that what else can they do ?

I often receive a call on my company cell phone from this number.  I never pick up but the calls continue.  From some of the other postings I see that the call is not legitimate.  What can be done to stop this practice?
