This number calls and no one is there.  I wait and wait, but it eventually just disconnects.

This number calls every night starting around 7:30 and calls again at 8:30 and 9:30.  Would like to find out who is calling so that can get it to stop.

Just came across this site and found so many people have the same experience. I've been getting calls from this number in the morning since this week, on my office phone! Next time I'll answer it to see who is calling and what he wants :-).

They call me several times a day on my home office number. Quite annoying. It's a predictive dialer, hence the delay between the time I answer the phone and an agent comes on the line. I asked them to remove me from their list. We'll see if they do.

This Company is a fking joke..  I would kick there a**,,  bunch of jerks..  I registered a complaint too but they still call.

It is a RX company.  I called them back and some woman answered the telephone.  I stated that I do not receive soliciting calls on this number.  She repeated my number off of her caller ID and said she would take me off the list.  We'll see.  I reported it anyway since I am on the Do Not Call list.

I get a call constantly from this # on my cell.  I'm usually asleep or in a business meeting at least 4 times a day.  I want it to stop ASAP!!!

Called and hung up. This is the 4h time in the last month that I've had 4 diffderent #'s calling and all are on this site. I have no idea if this is the beginning of the phone spam era. I hope not.

Obviously the "Do Not Call" list doesn't work.  I get calls from this number 4-5 times a day, and all my phone numbers are registered on the Do Not Call list.

HEY!! its a 1-800 number so it costs them every time you call it! EVERYONE just call over and over!

called me at 11:30 pm  when i cursed them for waking me up and hung up they called back to harass me. my husband really got mad.  i hope they have the nerve to call back again, he is sitting on their call now.    GOD HELP THEM BECAUSE NOBODY ELSE WILL!!!!

They've been calling me, too.  At least twice a week, at night, for about 5 weeks.  I call them and get the same answering service.  I've answered the phone a couple of times though, and they have hung up on me when I answer.

This company continues to call me asking for someone that I dont know. they call back to back everyday. A recording comes on when you call it back saying they are RX customer service. And they continue to call when I say they have the wrong number!

They call all the time wanting to see schedule 3 narcotics. why doesnt this government stop these people

I've been receiving calls from this phone number at "RX Customer Service" for a week, almost every night, on my Sprint PCS mobile phone.

I am going to cancel my Sprint PCS service this month, and never use Sprint again. I hold Sprint accountable for not screening these calls and allowing these creeps to harrass me and others.

They are calling me several times a day.

Is there anything we can do?  This is just ridiculous!  I have received calls from this number (800.945.1733); 347.410.8976; 800.945.1731; 210.249-1107; 212.738.9029; 904.342.6602.  Every single one of them are Rx Pharmacies, and they ALL speak in a foreign (INDIAN) accent!  This is such a scam, and how is my information getting out there to them?
You can report it and report it, but nothing happens. They need to be tracked down, and stopped!  I AM SO ANNOYED!!!  I literally want to change my cell phone number, because unfortunately, I cannot 'block' calls with my provider, and these jerks call me every day at least 3-4 times a day!

Now 2008, and I'm getting the same calls for some drug company, I informed them I would be reporting their phone number to the FBI for drug violations

it dosnt matter the fcc and do not call will not do anythinga bout it.  i get the same calls and your just wasting your breath.  i have about 50 calls per day on my cell phone all different this one is also one and they keep asking for michelle.  they dont care and they are all from pakistan or india.  in fact they called at midnight last night and 3 times in 2 minutes this morning.  you just waste your breath just tell your cell phone company to reimburse you for the minutes lost due to these t**** heads.

They call and call and tell me it is about some on-line drug purchase. Totally bogus as I never buy on line. They got me so upset I cursed them out and they hung up, maybe that will slow them down. Very annoying!

Make sure that you have signed up with the "Do Not Call" registry. Once you do that, it takes 31 days to go into effect:

After 31 days have passed and they continue to call, you can file a complaint. The FCC can then impose fines of up to $10,000 PER violation.

I keep getting the calls too.  They just ask for Cindy.  If my husband answers, they hang up.  I have threatened to report them, called them back and asked for their supervisor and they just hang up.  Last night they called at 10 p.m., which is past the telemarketing time of 9 p.m.  I told them it was 10 p.m. and they hung up again.  Over and over, I have asked to be removed from their list and they ecnore.

I have told these people over and over to stop calling me.  I hve not ordered anything from them.
