This company calls several times a day...I have no business with them & have lived in Texas my entire life.

They keep calling on my Office, business cell, personnal cell, and home number asking for Justin Haskins. I DO NOT KNOW A JUSTIN HASKINS. I have told them this repeatedly. They keep calling. I asked how they got my numbers and told me through public access for searching for debtors. I DO NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING. I DO NOT KNOW AND HAVE NEVER KNOWN A JUSTIN HASKINS. I have had my first cell for over 10 years. The other for 5. I have had the work number for 4 and the home for 6 months. LEAVE ME ALONE. Obviously their research department does not know what they are doing. And the calls this morning - they call the first all the first 3 numbers in less than 4 minutes.

This number belongs to NCO Financial Systems and they fraudulently list their name on Caller ID as "Budget Cleaning". It is a collection agency that is employed by one of the most corrupt agencies in the country - the Federal Court System. If you owe money to PACER, and are in bankruptcy, they will ignore the bankruptcy and harass you.

I have sent NCO a cease and desist letter twice, I also reported them to the FTC and their state attorney general, however, they continue to call me at work. I keep a long of all their phone calls. Do anyone have any other suggestings.

Call the number from your work and let them know you don't want them calling any longer. If you are asked who you are? just ask them to stop calling.

You have to send a letter to the company that is calling you and tell them not to call you there anymore. We had a collection agency calling my in-laws (got their name because we bought a house from them and their name had been on the tax statement years ago) and I sent them a register letter, with confirmation they received it, telling them not to call there anymore or I would file a law suit against them. If they continue to harass after you have sent them a letter not to you can file a lawsuit against them and you would win that lawsuit. Make sure you include any name they have left because some companies use several different names.

They have been calling me daily at work and at home. Isn't it illegal for them to call me at work when I have asked them not to.

If they call you want want to set up payment arrangements. Ask them who the debt is with and then tell them that you are going to set up payment arrangements with the company who you owe. DO NOT SET UP ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM.....They tell you one thing and do another....they only send in their payments twice a month and they DO NOT TELL YOU THIS!!!!! They tell you they will waive the fee but in the end they don't.
So, in the long run you end up paying more than with you really owe!!!!!

They called me today during the noon hour; electronic voice said "Please hold for the next available representatine". This message was repeated several times while I held for 109 seconds, until THEY terminated the call.
If this is about Kansas taxes - my ex-spouse owes them and I have given them every scrap of information I have for them to try & track that idiot down.
