Every day my answering machine gets a call from an automated operator asking for a business that is not associated with me. I tried to call them back to tell them to take me off their call list, and I'm put on perpetual hold. I would sue these guys if I knew who they were.
A woman calls and ASSumes that I'm someone that I'm not. I ask her name and she begins to get louder, ruder, & then hangs up. I call back and speak to the manager, Rodney Widener, to file a complaint. He is no better and continously prods for information on a person that I am NOT. The "Manager" refuses to tell the reason for the call and also hangs up on me. This outfit sounds shady!!
Who are these people at this 800 number? The rudest, intrusive pests I've
ever spoken with. And they can't take "NO" for an answer...always come back
They ask for a "Karen" and told them many times no "Karen" lives here and
not to call again. What does it take them to stop calling?
I didn't get a call from these numbnuts because they don't have a number for me. I got a letter and have been researching these frauds all morning. They sent us a claim that we owe Citifinancial Mortgage $301.85. The truth is, I've only ever had mortgages from Wells Fargo and Countrywide. Not only that- they sent the fraudulent claim obviously disguised as a tax return check. Pretty disingenuous of them to go to that trouble.
I'm just turning the thing over to my attorney, and he's contacting the Attorney General and the BBB (this firm- GC Services- has already had to relinquish their membership to the BBB because they won't even respond to complaints.
Usually they just use heavy handed business practices, but this time they committed fraud. Interesting progression. They f****d with the wrong bull.
