I have paid Zip19.com original collection servicers, Ecare 900.0 0out of 1368.64. I do not owe you 1218.64- I had 3 payments left of 150.00 june- july -august. I already contacted the consumer compliant line and BBB. Next I'm filing a fraud charge with the local police. You are a frdauloent scam as so many consumers have posted your nasty habits of calling their work, neighbors and realatives. If you go that route then the state police will be called. I do not and will not pay you what I don't owe.

Got the same call with the same massege. Looked up the 800 # its for Midwest Fidelity Services a Collection Agency.

I would be the 1st to say they are not scammers just a bit rough debt collectors but they will work with you I know I took out a loan got into a situation where I knew I couldn't pay they worked out a pymnt plan with me and sent me an email confirming my payment and haven't called since. Most of you are people hiding from the fact that you owe a bill man up and get it taking care of you know if you took out a loan or not come on now. The internet has lies about everything they can't come to your house and why leave a msg on your phone saying there debt collectors I wouldnt you hate if they called your mom or dad and let them know your debt? Maybe that's why they conceal the messages this is a one time postt for me so you guys can argue amongst yourself so like I stated if you know you loaned and didn't pay back man up and take care of your s***....... james

received a call at work a Ms lark said it was a finalization office never said  too what it was for or about. any no company name.

called my work never said what is was in reference too but that is was the finalization her name was Ms lark.

Got the first call from this company today.  Hung up because the caller would not identify herself or her company.  Then I called back and spoke with someone who was at least willing to shed some light on things.  The call was about a long-expired student loan I never took out from a lender I never heard of and no info from it has ever appeared on my credit report.  Just a heads up, if you went to one of those unaccredited vo-tech scam schools on a government loan, it is possible the staff may have used your personnel info for ?double-dipping? which is identity theft and therefore not a valid debt- but then, many debt collectors do the same thing.  As well as this, many of these loans are unexpired, and as such legally uncollectable, which seems to be what Midwest specializes in.  They are being sued by a number of alleged debtors for FDCPA violations.  The Midwest employee I spoke to seemed a bit uncomfortable with the fact that I knew my rights, but this also made her more cooperative, so the key here is be forearmed with knowledge.  I made it clear I would never send them a dime, but demanded all the info tyhey had on the account.  Will look into this matter very closely as it may indicate a bigger problem.  

Please Don't Trust These Guys They Will Run Your Card Multiple Times Taking Extra Cash You Did Not Authorize Them To Take They Say They Will Refund It And Never Do Straight Scammers Completely. I noticed on my credit report a deragotory from this company and immediately sent a demand for validation.  No response was ever provided and it disappeared from my reports.  As of today it has again reappeared and I have filed a complaint with the Consumers Financial Protection agency for violation of the FDCA for reporting a deragotory item after failing to validate.  I suggest others do the same and avoid the BBB as it doesn't have enough force to make some firms follow the law.

I continuously keep getting a call from 800-983-5027 on my cell phone and my work phone and multiple emails. This company goes by multiple names that I have noticed. I got scammed by a company called - Hydra Financial Limited Fund III. I had to close my bank account because they scammed me AND my bank said that they are a well known scammers. Then, I received an email that stated that they have transferred my account to a company called Allied Fidelity Services. The number I am getting the calls about go by different names that I have been keeping track of- Financial Limited Fund III, Allied Fidelity Services, Hydra Financial Limited Fund III, Midwest Fidelity Services. A woman by the name of Stephanie at 800-983-5027 keeps calling me. I know they are a scam. Why do you have to go by multiple different names but the last guy I talked to would not give their company name and it was for a pay day loan that I PAID OFF years ago. The individual would not supply any documentation to me that I owed the debt and when I asked for documentation to be mailed to me, he got very mean and multiple threats then hung up on me. Then, another lady called me, did not get her name, Then, the same day, this lady started calling from "Allied". Yeah, you think I am going to fall for this crap? You are high!!!

I got scammed just an hour ago. They had been calling me from this phone. & I totally believed it was a loan I owe from school which they changed companies etc. I believed them. I payed them some of it but not all, I didnt check before paying & when reading all this cuz website not helpful (midwest fidelity) I called them & it rings a bit & then it ends call. They already charged my damn card :/ & now im effed up!

I had the same problems and had the number looked into by my bank which, they stated they could not find a website or correct business number or id. They call from all kinds of numbers...

I believe I'm getting calls from Midwest threatening legal action for a loan I've never incurred. They've called my cell and my work for a week now, of course using several different names. I know what debts I owe!  I wondered how they got my information .... I ran my credit report and guess who did an inquiry on me....yep Midwest Fidelity Services.  All they had to have was my name and address and they were able to access info on me. Well, needless to say they are messing with the wrong person...I have family in law enforcement, legal field and DOJ. I know my rights.  I've had enough.

THIS NUMBER HAS CALLED MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AND HAS HARRASSED MY COWORKERS.. THEY WONT TELL ME THE MATTER AT HAND AND I COMPLETELY BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM.. PLEASE MAIL ME SOME PAPER WORK OR YOU WONT GET A DAMN THING FROME ME!

Got a call from Lisa today (who sounded like a man or a women who smokes 10 packs a day from her house), right after another debt collector who has been trying to scam me for the past few weeks, saying that they have a case against me and if I don't call them back they'll be sending someone to my office, home, etc. Everytime I get a call from these bozos I get this threat.  Still waiting on the law a***oles....Scammers indeed.!
