This company is all over the spam caller boards.  I get a call from them every day.  They say I can't be taken off the list because someone signed up somewhere for a free drawing and used my number, therefore I "volunteered" for them to contact me, even though I've been on the National Do not call list since it was created.

Oh, and I've entered their info in the donotcall.gov complaint website exactly 12 times now over the past 6 months (I keep a log)...I don't think the complaint form really does anything except make us feel better, thinking we've reported them!

Received a call from this number at 4:30pm and when I answered they automatically asked for my husband. I told the man my husband was not available and asked if I could take a message. He said " I will call back" and hung up.

Hi everybody.  I am one of those VERY unhappy people who receive those annoying phone calls and when they circumnavigate the "do not call" list, I inform them I intend to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission regarding their violation of my privacy.  I have had at least one company rep call and deliver their spiel and when I said I was on the "do not call" list, the rep said they were exempt because they were a non-profit group.  I said "no problem, I will file a complaint with the FTC and they can deal with it."  She conferred with her supervisor and they said they wouldn't bother me again. Really, if you would file a complaint with the FTC, maybe it will have some effect.  Google the FTC and you're on the way.  Hope this helps.

For one it's not a scam...it's Bluegreen resorts a TIMESHARE company they are on NYSE as BXG and you can check them out at bluegreenonline.com they have been in business for almost 40 years and they are building their 41st resort in vegas (that i actually got to see in person) WOW . maybe if you took the time to except your great gift like I did then you would realize that not everything is a scam AND you would have a beautiful resort to vist for vacation every year (instead of a hotel) like me...i listened, i took my vacation, i bought a timeshare (in Aruba), it's paradise...

This number calls me every night at 8:00 when my kids are already asleep. I wish I knew who it was. I feel this is an invasion of privacy. I will pursue a lawsuit.

After reading all these blogs. Nothing seems to solve the problem I've decided to answer the line and curse in the most positive voice I have. Then I will feel better to annoy them....period

This number was calling my cell, landland and now my work number. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling, I'm not interested, I'm on the Do Not Call list and they give me the same line of crap.... that I volunteered for their info by submitting my name in a drawing. Just yesterday a lady called my work number asking for me by first and last name.  She stated she was with BlueGreen something. I new it was a scam so I didn't confirm that it was me, but told her to take the number off her list and she got very rude, and she was such a smart a$$ that I had to hang up on her to keep me from causing a scene at work. The only thing that got them to stop calling my house was to tell them if they called again I would consider it harrassment and file a police report. I will do the same if they call my work number again.

What kind of a company calls and swears at a person? They called me at 10:00 at night and woke my ill husband. They just won't quit calling!

They call me often. They just called my work cell phone and asked to buy pot. When I asked who they were, they said they were me and giggled - Ha, HA. Then they said "your the best". I just turned them into the attorney generals office since I work for a state agency. They will hear from them soon.

Well just to let all of you know I have been working for bluegreen resorts for almost 8 years now and this number is our marketing division in which we have them call the entry forms that you DID fill out. It doesnt matter if you are on the DNC list due to the fact that you signed it at the bottom where it states "by sigining this you give bluegreen resorts the right to contact you" WOW omg we are giving you 3days and 2nights at any 17 locations in the country for a measly 50 bucks (to hold your spot for 12 full months) that you get back and all we ask is for 2 hours of your time. Maybe if you would just except your package we would quit calling, cause we hate giving your wonderful trip to someone else. Thanks.

They would not take me off of their call list no matter how many times I requested it by calling them back and leaving my number on the message machine or answering my phone and speaking with someone.  I got calls a couple of times a day every day.  I went to their website and got another number for them, went through the automated thing acting as if I was an owner of one of the properties, I finally reached a human being and explained to them the situation and she said she would email my name and number to her supervisor and have me taken off the list.  I have not received a phone call in 4 days now.

This guy just got smart whith my wife because we are Sick....so she hangs up on him. and he calls back cursing!!!and i answer (the sick husband)then he starts stuttering and hangs up!!!    people has to do something about this number,because if i can findout who this guy is!!!!! you do not talk to some guys wife like there s**t and there not be no concequences behind it write ack an let me know something!!!

This number just started calling my cell as well. Leaves no msg. Both my cell and land line are on the do-not-call list. I have also gotten the same excuse on my land line that I signed up for a drawing. I have told them I'm not interested but they continue to call.  I think this is the same people calling my cell now.

They call at least two times a day.  Typically when I answer, they hang up.  Today was different, they asked for Charlotte.  I said "wrong number" and "stop calling this number".  I'm tired of being nice about it.

This is the number for Blue Green Resort's "Customer Creation Center" office.  My wife and I filled out some drawing entries at the mall a couple of years ago during Christmas.  I beleive one of them was for a free trip/vacation.  Recently, these idiots have started calling us almost weekly to tell us we've won a free hotel stay somewhere, and all we have to do to qualify is agree to listen to a sales pitch about buying a timeshare.  I've told them several times that we are not interested, and they still call back acting as if it is the first time they've tried to contact me. They have to be breaking some kind of harassment law.

I've been getting the same call for a month. Last week I answered it out of curiosity and Blue Green Resorts was on the other end. Sounded like a timeshare sales pitch so I told them not to call again. They have called twice since last week. Anyone know if there is an agency we can report them to?

I went to answer and they hung up! The caller ID just said UNKNOWN. . .I hate that.

This Company has been calling me once or twice a week for over a year- on my cell phone and they won't stop. I answered once, but after that they call at all times on any day of the week.

The number for their headquaters is 561.912.8000. Maybe I should call them everytime they call me.

These people keep calling me and ask for erroneous names of people. It just so happened as I was waiting for an emergency phone call about an ill parent.

This number calls me about twice a day, everyday!! I ignore it but it's really annoying. The last time I asnswered it they said I had entered in some drawing(which I didn't) and won some trip through their company Blue Green Resorts. I told them I wasn't intrested and hung up. Long story short, they keep calling, and I keep not answering. I have decided to just start answering and hang up immediatly until they get tired of calling. They never leave a message.

Several ways to get rid of them:

1.-  When you answer the phone say "Bueno" instead of Hello... they will ask you if you speak english, just say no and they'll hang up and will never call you again.
2.- Register at the https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and file a complain, you have to be register for at least 30 days to file a complain, they can be fine if they call again.
3.- If they call to your cell just save that number and in the ring tones just put the no ring.  You'll just notice that they call when you see a Miss Call next time you want to use your cell.

800-984-3934 is calling about a resort, you have to pay $ 50.00 or so.... I just report them to the https://www.donotcall.gov/ site, they can be fine if they keep calling.

My 12 year old has been receiving calls from this number.  We have only had the phone for less than a month.  There have been about 10 calls during this time.  I called this number 1-800-456-2582 and pressed 4.  When they answered I told the lady what my problem was.  She then transfered me to another department.  They asked for the number and my name.  I only gave them my first name and when she asked for my last name I told her that I did not want to give it.  She did not push the issue.  I told her about how I found the information on the number and she seemed suprised.  I have been told that she would get the number removed and she did agree that calling a 12 year old was not good business.  Hopefully this will be that last time we hear from them.

called the number back and it was a rsort. I am on the do not call list they call everyday!!!!

I keep getting calls from this number also, I am also on the Do Not Call List, I just reported them, hope that will stop them.
