Received a call from "Rio Tinto" 801-204-2004 for carpet & floor cleaning; waited for prompts and pressed 1. Asked to be removed from call list and was hung up on. Our phone # is on the Do Not Call list. They are reported for the violation.

Same as the others....I'm on the do not call list and they're calling anyway to offer to clean my carpets. When I got a rep and asked to be removed, they hung up! GRRRR!!!!

I received a robotic call offering carpet cleaning services. At the end of the message it said press 1 for a live person. There was no opportunity to opt-out by pressing another number, and after a few seconds it detected I hadn't pressed anything and disconnected. I am on the national "do-not-call" list, by the way.

Recorded message for carpet cleaning services. Pressed 1 to speak to a person. Informed the person my number is on the Do Not Call Registry and they should remove my number from the list. The person hung up on me.
