Debt Collector
I received a call from this number and that this is a law firm trying to collect a debt. I just deleted. I have no idea why they are calling me for a debt that I don't owe. I need to change my number or something.

tsrj  resolution Inc. is a scam company.  They called me and claimed I needed to pay them a cancellation fee on top of a cancellation fee I had already paid to Verizon.  The man on the phone claimed this was the cell phone tower company who needed their cut or I would be sent to collections.  I talked to Verizon about this and they said they have never heard of such a thing.  Total scam.  The man responsible is : Tyler Rice who serves as the Principal of this company.

This is not a law firm aldous and asso. Aka tsrj  resolution Inc is a collection company that I have just filed multiple complaints agaist. I have no debts but am being harassed and even threatened by these people. They know full well I owe nothing but can not find the person who does. In just one days time I have discovered that they make it a practice to target debtors family members.

I just filed complaints with multiple agencies in regards to this company and have discovered many interesting facts. Aldous and associates goes by another name TSRJ resolution Inc. Its chief operating officer who appears to also be the owner is Tyler Joseph rice of salt lake city it. There are only two employees of record with a annual income of 92,000 dollars. There appears to be three different address but in truth only one. This is the real address not a redirect mailing address. 4725 holladay boulevard. Salt lake city it 84117 use this to file a stop all contact letter. After the threats and harassment I have received at the hands of this company stopping is not enough. I am going after them with all the might the legal system has to offer. I urge any other victims to do the same. We can put a stop to it and them.

I am being harassed by this so called law firm. For a debt belonging to some one else. They are fully aware I do not owe any money and are using harassment in the hopes I will pay or find the person who does. I will not help them. The threats they have made and the repeated calls are illegal.   Before today I would have been happy just to have the calls to stop. But today four calls they have gone far to far for me to settle for anything less they the end of this company. I just filed a complaint with bbb. Tomorrow I have three more complaints to file. FTC , CCP, and the attorney general. I will also be contacting a attorney to file a law suit against this so called law firm. If their is a attorney working for this firm he or she can look forward to me filing to have them disbarred. I do not know about the state they are in but threatening a quadriplegic senor in the state of Florida can get you jail time.  It is past time to fight back.

It's obvious that Verizon, GoWireless and Aldous & Associates are all in this together.  I went in person to GoWireless and bought a second phone and second line for my husband on my Verizon service.  When we no longer needed the second number, I went to the GoWireless store and told them that I needed to cancel the second phone.  They said that I had to call Verizon directly and that they didn't deal with that sort of thing.  I called Verizon and cancelled the second line and had to pay a $389 cancellation fee which I paid to Verizon.  As soon as I paid that bill, a week later I received a collection letter from Aldous & Associates telling me that I owed $300 to GoWireless and they were a collection agency and they would go after my credit if I didn't pay the $300.  I immediately called Verizon and they said that GoWireless is an agent of Verizon and that I had already paid the cancellation fee and didn't owe any money to GoWireless and that they would contact their fraud department.  I filed a complaint with the FCC against Verizon and Verizon called me (an executive with Verizon) and told me that GoWireless is a third party account and since I cancelled my service, I had to pay them the $300 cancellation fee even though I had paid Verizon a $389 cancellation fee.  I asked him what Verizon's fee for this scam was and accused him of running a very sophisticated operation which was obviously more profitable than their "slamming" charges for which they were fined by the FCC (when they charge an extra 10 cents or 25 cents and hope you don't notice the nominal fees as they add up when it's done to thousands of customers).  Check the FCC website for complaints against Verizon.  There are quite a few.  As it now stands, I have a complaint against GoWireless with the Oregon Department of Justice which I began in August and had to further supplement it in January.  I thought the issue was resolved with my original complaint because I had not heard anything, but I did get another collection letter from Aldous & Associates in January 2014 which they dated November 2013.  They sent me a copy of my GoWireless Statement with a copy of their agreement and the signature line is blank.  I did not sign it and it is therefore not binding.  (The fact that they are based in Utah says a lot.)  The BBB is useless.  I would advise people to file complaints with the attorney general's office in your state and the Utah attorney general's office as well as elected officials.

I have gotten numerous calls from someone by the name of Casey from this office and yes all he says is it is a legal matter.  I spoke to him once letting him know I closed the account by phone and he says I should have done it through mail. It is an $85 debt, I told him I didn't have the money as of yet that I have rent to pay and he was very sarcastic telling me I have a week to pay the debt. That my rent didn't matter and that I need to pay this bill. He has been bugging me for a debt that I know I closed the second month after I opened the account. I refuse to call back and talk to this same person due to his attitude.  I am really tired of the harrassing phone calls. What can i do to stop the harrassment.

Debt Collector
Diamond Wireless are nothing but a bunch or crooks with a Verizon Wireless logo, and Aldous & Associates. P.L.L.C. are nothing but ambulance chasing debt collectors under the umbrella of an un-named attorney. I went to the Orange County Fair where this ethnic gentleman said "he gon' hook me up with a deal that almost too good to be true, but beliee dat." I would have laughed and kept walking had there not been a Verizon logo on every corner of the booth and every polo shirt on all of the representatives standing there. He "said" that he was going to give me the new Jet Pack, which is just a fancy wireless hot spot, for no cost. In fact, they were going to "pay me" to take it off of their hands. How you may ask? The cost of the unit is $199.99 with a mail-in rebate of $50, and a promotion going on that weekend for current customers to get an instant savings of... you guessed it $199.99. That means I paid only the California sales tax at MSRP, as required by the state of California, of around $17 or so. With the mail in rebate, I would actually be getting just over $30 for taking the Jet Pack.

I asked if there was a new service requirement or additional cost to my current plan. This is where he nailed me. U figured the needed some type of 2 year agreement to be able to lock down any kind of discount. I was already paying an additional $19.99 monthly to use my phone as the wireless hot spot, but I could not accept or make phone calls while active, so this would solve that problem. He told me I could get a separate data plan, or just use my current plan and my phone would share data with the hot spot. This was my preference and the only reason I went forward. 4GB a month was more than sufficient for both devices to share, so there was no need to change my plan at all. With no change to my plan, I thought great, they cannot screw with a bait and switch,

This is when I got myself into trouble. This guy looks up my account and says he can get me into a new plan, with all the same features I already have (minus the hot spot on the phone since the Jet Pack now does this), and I would be saving $23 a month ($19.99 for the service cancelled off the phone for hot spot and $3 for the plan itself). Not only that, but I would get unlimited talk and text, which was great because my old plan was 400 mins and 500 messages. Against every instinct in my body I agreed, though I do not recall signing anything luckily.

Of course, my next bill comes in and I owe them $120 more than my old bill, and am told by Verizon that my monthly beyond this would be $80 more, which was to cover the new data plan that I "supposedly" signed up for. You know those moments when you are so heated you could boil water with your finger, but you are also so sick to your stomach with the thought of "I knew it" that you just sit like marble statue for 5 mins solid. Man, I could have boiled an egg on my head a hundred times over in that 5 mins.

Verizon\s response was that Diamond Wireless are "authorized agents" but not actual Verizon employees. So I guess they are able to be crooks with Verizon shirts and Verizon has no responsibility. Of course, that meant Verizon would waive fees that had to do with my phone and current plan with them, but refused to waive anything involving agreements made with Diamond, i.e. the Jet Pack and the new data plan. I told them, after 10 YEARS AS A RELIABLE LOYAL CUSTOMER, if they didn't waive it all and put me back to where I was, for which I would pay them what I should have to begin with, I am going to T-Mobile, where I will reliably pay them monthly for as many years as they decide not to try to bend me over. They wanted $430 to cancel. I could not believe they refused. 10 years of paying more than anybody I knew for less minutes, messages, you name it, than anybody else I knew with different providers and more services, and telling them how much I love the integrity of the company and the coverage so I think the extr money is well worth it, I had to tell them "I AM DONE". I dont ask for much when it comes to business partnership. Don't try to lie then f*&k me, and don't try to take my money, beyond the service I am willingly pay for. When you add up all the a fees and everything they wanted to continue my current contract and the new 2 year contract, it almost doubled the amount to cancel both plans, though I had no intention of paying them anything for the false advertised and misrepresented plan the Diamond crook stole. What I found hilarious was the laugh I got when I pointed out these numbers to the customer support rep I was talking to. I could tell he didnt even think about it. Why pay them almost $1000 over 2 years when I can pay less than half of that and go to a new company, and get a brand new phone?

Well, I got a new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 at T-Mobile the next day and put my Verizon crap in their boxes to be sent to whatever physical address I get for these Attorney crooks that slip and slide in the slime if America. They want $400, and another company wants $300 for Verizon. I haven't decided whether I will just pay Verizon or include them in the lawsuit against Diamond, which my attorney is very much looking forward to. I kind of want to teach them a lesson and get them to re-think their policy on "certified third party vendors."

Another funny note: Verizon told me that they usually will review complaints and eventually take away the certification for third party vendors for which they receive more than one complaint against. I asked him to look up Diamond Wireless and count the complaints that reference Verizon, then tell me whether he feels he is being given a load of BS or truely believes that, No response. I was told to send my dispute in writing to the PO box on the letter I received, they would review, then determine whether they will stop harassing me, or continue calling and file a lawsuit. I have a feeling I should just get it over with and change my telephone number now.

they cant tell you about it because they cannot disclose anything to anybody about it unless you are the person in question or you have been authorized by that person. saying you are a debt collector implies it is a debt so they cannot answer that question.

if you tell them you are the person in question they will tell you the information that hey have to disclose for a legal debt collection

I have been getting this same call for a few weeks now. I called Verizon and they said I had no charges left on my account which I had cancelled. At first I thought this was a scam but then I found out that Verizon wireless and Diamond wireless are two different companies. I called diamond wireless and found out that I did break contract too early to have been able to keep the phone and that instead of them sending me a letter or e-mail they send it straight to aldous and associates and they try to collect.
Honestly the lady who calls from there has been nice about it so far but it still upsets me that they would send it straight to the collectors rather than sending a letter themselves.

I have the same letter and situation in Seattle with Go Wireless/Aldous.  Have you had any resolution? Do you have a person at Go Wireless above the store level I should talk to to resolve this or should I just drop it?
Are you in Seattle area?  I was thinking about going to "GET JESSE" on King 5...

I got the exact same shtick; except I had two lines on my cell contract and cancelled one line but kept the iphone that I supposedly purchased at a discount. I paid the cancelation fee with Verizion. Now that I cancelled the one line I wasn?t using, they claim that I actually don't own the iphone. I've never received any correspondence from Diamond Wireless stating that I voided any such contract. The person on the line said if I did not set up a payment plan immediately it would ruin my credit, I told him to kick rocks. The first alarm that went off is that this guy is trying to get my personal information. I don't doubt the charges might be legit given the sleazy nature of contractual agreements and salespeople who would sell their mothers to get an extra buck. I'm going back to Verizon and Diamond Wireless to figure this thing out.

Did not get a call yet but my daughter got a letter from them saying the same thing about having broken a Go Wireless contract. This is over 6 months after the fiasco and she is making reparations with Verizon. Glad to know they are a farce. They say she owes $1500!! Due immediately, of course. If this type of people would put as much effort into doing something honest for a living as they do into trying to scam people who knows what they might accomplish. Guido needs to pay them a visit.

I'm having presently the same issue.  I never ever had GoWireless ever.  But now I'm being harassed for $100 at first then they want another $30 for them talking to me on the phone.  I just don't know what to do.  How is it that Aldous & GoWireless are allowed to do this with out being investigated by the government.
